| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- This episode was kinda funny in the first half. Thanks Migi. Watching Shinichi getting bullied a bit was not fun. I really don't like those bullies though with what they were doing with the cat... I like the bonding between Migi and Shinichi this episode. Wasn't fond of the OST used this episode though as it seems a bit wacky. It looks like they encounter another one of those parasites but this time who possesses a human. Heh, same dubstep OST they used like last time. That ending was a bit thrilling so I'm pretty curious to see what will happen next episode. |

| -Some of the new tracks are pretty nice. -Microsecond penis arm. -Episode 2 stays a lot more closer to the manga than episode 1. -Toilet scene from previous chapter added in. -Nice little scene at the end This adaptation is proceeding swimmingly if I say so myself. Now to play the waiting game again. |

| They aren't skipping much after all, just rearranging the time they happen occasionally. Art: Brilliantly done once again. I especially like the moments of intimidating Shinichi lets off as well as the way the shading is used when Migi threatens Shinichi. No CGI moments either, at least no noticeable ones anyway. Music: Besides the wubwub, everything else is pretty atmospheric and thrilling, nicely done once again. Characters+Story: Already seeing that glorious development happening. Shinichi is completely the same as he was in the manga(You get that people? He isn't different, nothing to worry about, adding glasses doesn't change anything). He is more expressive though which just adds more to his character. They adapted the penis arm! Omg so awesome! Even the bathroom scene. So hilarious. Hmm... I wonder who those 2 at the end who were naked are... foreshadowing perhaps? ;) Absolutely phenomenal adaption so far. Can't wait for more. Edit: I also like the differences in perspectives we get. You can tell that Murano likes the softer side to Shinichi but when he lets out his inner demon that appears to be influenced by Migi, her perspective of him changes a bit, done in a subtle way using facial expressions. Nicely done. |

| Recently finished the manga and my favorite thing about the series is the relationship between Shinichi/Migi which this episode highlighted very well |
| Loving Migi so much! Awesome character. Migi asking if he wants to mate with Murano XD Well quite the fast development in their relationship. But Murano seems to be noticing the change since she's keeping asking. Lol'd at Migi wanting to make his organ erect making that guy think he's talking to his johnny XD The way Shinichi/Migi stopped the 3 rocks and "Do u want me to eat u!" with that glare was EPIC! He really is changing quite a bit. Really liking the development of the bond between Migi and Shinichi. Also this ep opened up quite a few possibilities with how more than one parasyte can live in one body. |

| great ep. since im not familiar with the manga i hope that at least Madhouse does a good job with the pace and not rush things( so far the pace is just awesome). Candidate to be my top anime of the season, damn this week interval ..... |

| Not that bad.. It seems to be first Madhouse show since long time (no it wasn't DN) , which I like. Very nice OST, especially basketball scene (By OST i mean background music, not that horrible Earl bleeding OP) |

| And with this episode, Madhouse just eliminated even the slightest of my doubts, loved basically everything of it, especially the fact that they actually did include the toilet scene and the 'dickhand' after all. Other studios take note, THIS is how you do an adaption. |

| Rather nice episode. Love to see where it goes and if Shinichi can convince Migi humans are worth protecting. I do like how they're apparently doing the adaption well. It bothers me to think a show isn't being true to the source material. Welp, time to wait another week... |

| The mutual love with the hand! That toilet scene too. Nagai losing in basketball then decides to make it into a fight >.> Not used to seeing the other parasite deforming the head or of anything! Migi saving Shinichi! Throwing rocks at a cat trapped in the sand, quite the messed up game... Those Shinichi threats! Hope it doesn't change him too much. Holding hands with Murano at the end. Liked how she switched to Shinichi's actual hand. |

I was a bit shocked at how many people seem to be thrown off by it. It's not very common to use dubstep in soundtracks like this. It's good! Other than that everything is still great this week! Madhous has always been my fav studio, the animation is great! The eyes can be a bit unfocused at times, but it's minor! I love the character development in this, it's a bit fast paced, but that just leaves room to develop the plot more later. Waiting for next week already~! |

| Bathroom scene was my favorite thing about this episode. Least favorite thing is the dubstep. I didn't mind it so much in the first episode, but it felt really out of place in this one. Dick arm scene was way funnier in the manga because it happened in the restaurant after Murano said she didn't like snakes. Anime Murano is so cute <3 I wonder how much the next episode will cover. |
| Migi figured out Izumi's secret intention of mating with Murano! Nice.~ :p I like how straightforwardly Migi asked to erect his sex organ! Totally looked like he was talking to his Johnson. XD Battle segment was awesome, though it lasted like a minute. Migi is significantly stronger than average parasytes! Dat glaring followed by catching the rocks was badass! Shinichi is definitely changing, and Murano is noticing is slightly.. Awesome episode! The usage of dubstep soundtrack is great in this show. Hype things up quite a bit! |

| I mostly listen to heavy metal but I can't say i minded the dubstep either way. It was fine, suited the scene. ( don't like the OP much tho :'< ) Nice to see the comparison of humans eating other animals, because it's exactly that welp. No wonder the parasytes couldn't care less about human lives, it's the same. |

| Did Migi offer to wank him off lmfao. Bathroom scene was hilarious. Some great characterization for Migi in this episode ( his perspectives on the value of human life and life in general). His survival first mentality was portrayed well in his decision not to betray Shinichi. Shinichi definitely made Murano wet with that cat rescue and that bad ass one handed, behind the back, 360 no scope look rock catch. another 10/10 episode <3 |

| They were sneaky with cutting some of the gore with that scene in the beginning. That scene looked like it was cut short. | I cannot believe that madhouse did the dickhand. I'm surprised they didn't pixelate it, LOL. Good adaption this one. They really are preserving all that's good about the manga and the changes add some character and up to date flavour to the proceedings. The only thing I find a bit iffy is that they switch from some ok atmospheric electronic music to some weird dubstep that doesn't really fit the scene. But that's being really picky. |

| Show is ok, why dubstep? Dont get me wrong, i love dubstep and EDM in general, but dubstep doesnt fit on those scenes at all. |

Considering Migi has control over that hand, it's likely that despite the fine tuning, Shinichi acts differently when using that hand, so it may feel off to her, not like what she's used to. You can tell in the episode that she is more attached to his sensitive and protective side, not so much the threatening side so it's likely his left hand has more of a gentle grip on her. It's subtle but it's there and fairly well done I may add. |
