| I think this actually might have been the funniest episode of the entire series so far. Holy fuck my sides are killing me. The EVA reference, and then Gintoki randomly pitching for the Red Sox, then random magical girl Shinpachi. Never have I laughed so consistently for 20 minutes straight. |

| Oh my God. I too am here to say how much that Evangelion parody got me. Genius episode, I loved it. Honestly, I would've been good with a recap episode. It's been years since I've seen the first hundred odd episodes anyway. That bit about no one remembering Shinpachi's background rang painfully true. |

| LOL Gntama is such a troll. I feel bad for those who watched this when it was aired, they must have freaked out. And that scene when Shinpachi is on his way to his journey and Gin "saying" his final words, I've watched that clip many times even before watching Gintama, and I still find it very funny. I didn't expect to saw that clip this early, I really thought that was something in the later episodes or in other season lol. |

| I really thought they were going to show the Takasugi vs Gintoki fight!! I tried skipping through just so I wouldn't spoil it for later but was so confused by the Shinpachi scenes lol All in all, this would've been a fitting ending to Gintama made in the chaotic style they're hilariously known for |

| they look segsy in a outfit the anniversary filler episodes are the best. Well, this is the end for the third year I guess. Much much better than the previous seasons. The serious arcs were just masterpieces and the comedic arcs were pretty good too. A few new characters here and there and the OP's and ED's were absolute bangers. Favorite arcs in the third year of gintama: 1. Yoshiwara Arc 2. Monkey Hunter Arc 3. Shinsengumi Crisis Arc 4. Ryugoju Arc 5. Shinsengumi Death Game Arc 6. Ghost Ryokan Arc 7. Kintaro Arc 8. Guardian Dog Arc 9. Correspondence Arc ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- OP: 1. OP 5 2. OP 4 3. OP 3 4. OP 6 5. OP 1 6. OP 2 1. ED 9 2. | That was actually a great filler episode to close the 3rd season of the 1st anime, really loved the Eva parody and Shinpachi magical girl xD Also this might be one of my new fav Gintama screenshot now: |

| Shinpachi "leaves" but Gintoki reaches him by driving and leaves a final message... that nobody including himself was able to actually listen. Lol The title becoming longer and longer after every "ending" is dismissed Shinpachi as a majokko and that guy with overly long hair and mustaches Jump's logo becoming alive and "Elizabeth" with inside the eyes of a live-action man and of course... when i saw Shinpachi drawn in simple black lines into a all white screen, i immediately noticed what was going on and began laughing hard. Okita straight up telling: "I don't care" and Ootsu replacing Asuka. Omedetou! Omedetou! Omedetou! Omedetou! Omedetou! Omedetou! Omedetou! (imagine someone in cast reading the script and thinking "oh yes, here we are again..:") Thanks for existing, Gintama |

| Gintama never fails to surprise me. Like Wow. It literally had me in the beginning of takasugi fight but its gintama so it was all a prank. The NGE parody was genius. Absolutely brilliant 4th wall breaking. Loved this episode. Thats how final episodes are supposed to be. |
