I enjoy reading visual novels more than I do watching anime these days.

currently studying Japanese every day so I can read more untranslated eroge! 🦊
Aye. At the very least the other novels will be an interesting time, even if you're practically guaranteed to not like them as much.
Ah, Manly. He makes some decent stuff. Never been a fan of FNAF since it kind of led to the explosion of jumpscare simulator "horror" games, busome of the games can be pretty decent for what they are. If you want an interesting horror game with a lovecraftian twist go check out Don't Look Outside. It's an RPG Maker game that's been making the rounds since releasing on Steam due to how stupidly solid it is. Played through that not too long ago and absolutely adored it. Can't wait for some updates to add some new things so I can go through it again.
And now that I think about it, I can't believe I've never suggested this to you, but go play Monster Girl Quest (the original, not Paradox since that's still ongoing). That's like, the OG monster girl content right there. It might be an eroge, but it's absolutely infamous for telling a ludicrously good story, and having music that you'll remember for life. Holy fucking shit is the payoff for finishing that game phenomenal. Wish I could erase my memories of it to experience it fresh again.
But aye, lots of projects. Printed out a gigantic 40k Baneblade tank, some numerous other 40K minis, gotta paint up an Eva 02 bust I got commissioned for, and I've got a dozen custom mecha musume model projects going on.
Yeah, you'll enjoy it for sure. It definitely feels different than the other routes, but you'll enjoy it all the same.
This knight always struggles with whether I should actually suggest the post-trilogy stuff be played at all. None of the Phantom Bullet or Chronos Rebellion stuff is BAD, matter of fact both are pretty decent times. They're just different. Phantom Trigger is more so a series along the lines of "what if we looked into the world of militant spec-ops organizations staffed by people like Yuuji but not as bad" than it is regular Grisaia. That's cool and all, but there's just certain elements missing that make it very distinctly not like the original trilogy. Chronos Rebellion is nifty in general, especially since it's more post-trilogy content and it's nice to see the girls again, but retconning some original ending tidbits in order to keep the story going is aggravating. Definitely check them out if you've got the time.
As for this knight, nope, nothing lately unfortunately. I've gone through basically all of the 2016 and earlier stuff worth a dang. VNs as a medium haven't produced much worth a dang since then due to the medium somewhat being harshly on the decline. I do kind of want to check out Summer Pockets since that's supposed to be some classic KEY, and whatever that new thing is that Frontwing is teaming up with someone else to do (I've forgotten what it was called). I have been thinking of checking out some of the Ufotable remake stuff too. Otherwise my entertainment time has all been going to regular games or my model-centric projects.
Yeah. Amane's route goes pretty hard. It's honestly a big self-contained in terms of world building or even Yuuji's development (hence why it's always recommended to do first since it has the least effect on either of those two aforementioned things), but it's a particularly interesting roller coaster.
Yeah, the franchise kind of went belly-up in a manner of speaking. So the main trilogy of games just ends up telling a top-tier story and has a perfect ending. Then Frontwing does the Grisaia Phantom Trigger spinoff series which takes place in the same world, but has quite literally nothing to do with the main series. They're also kinetic novels, so no choices to be made. The characters are nice, and the story nifty for what it is, but it's a TITANIC step down. Then the Chronos Rebellion game comes out which is technically a sequel and setting the story up for further developments, but in the process of doing that it makes the canon ending to the original trilogy the all-ages version of the story which is infinitely less satisfying (in terms of narrative) than the unrated original trilogy ending (they're similar enough, but the small changes are actually REALLY big and disappointing).
I remember watching Euphoria long long ago, but I never tried reading it. Can't recall much of it too. You seem to be reading a lot of things at the same time :P
I've finished reading both Nukitashi games and Hentai Prison this month. Both were great, but the letter is easily especially good. Definitely among my top-10 favorite VNs, maybe even top-5.
Sounds pretty good, I guess it's pretty much the best ecchi furry stuff out there that isn't 2D.
lol thank you, and yeah i also have senren banka on hold. That's a plus point there but it kinda drags horribly and is pretty slow XD It's always fun to make a playthrough of sengoku. Seems you're playing a lot of VNs lately, not to mention higu's pretty long.
haha yeah I know you're more of a discord guy, even moreso lately, earlier half my messages on dms were yours XD
Btw all that aside, big kudos for getting a job, congrats!! I hope you're doing well overall, sounds like eveything is going right right now.
LOL. Well, I guess that counts as something exciting happening, though not necessarily something you want. There are much worse problems to have, right?
But yeah, that is something this knight's always found a bit funny about routes in VNs. Or at least VNs where the routes all contain crazy events. They just outright don't happen if our MC isn't there to witness them, like Schrödinger's heroine events or something. The sequels do end up having this topic make more sense though. So you're saving Amane's route for last then? Hoo boy, you're in for a wild ride.
At the end of the day though all the girls have nice routes, and they're endearing in their own way. Really makes what happened to the franchise a gigantic fuckin' shame.

That's good, once you're out of the house and get the hands moving, things'll fall in place, god bless man, it's nice you've taken the first step.
Yup i am, thank you XD, besides that im looking for some big name title to drop somewhere haha
