I like to take any show/movie/manga as an experience, and perhaps merit it based on that.

That's why I have no preference when it comes to genre. I can take anything, as long as the experience would be worth it.

Side note : If you see my MAL, you'll see I haven't rated a few anime/manga. It could be because
1) I didn't feel like they should be rated (side OVAs etc.)
2) I'm very conflicted inside on how to rate them (in my case, Neon Genesis Evangalion, and Toradora, and some others as well)
