| So far that title would be the battle between 'Cells at Work' & 'Isekai Maou to Shoukan Shoujo no Dorei Majutsu' in my opinion. Then again; I haven't watched much anime from this year so there's a good chance I have missed a hidden gem I would adore even more between those two. |

| Sora yori is still holding that crown for me and i don't see anything coming up that could top it since I confidently consider it as an all-time favorite of mine already. The closest contender would either be Fate/stay cooking or Violet Evergarden. |

| For me, Devilman Crybaby, hands down. Second is Angels of Death... which I know isn't that good, it just happens to play to my tastes and manages to be more interesting to me than nearly anything else this year. Banana Fish is third. |

| FranXX is bad. Violet Evergarden and Devilman Crybaby were average. Excluding sequels (S;G 0) I think Sora yori, Yuru Camp, Hinamatsuri, and Megalo Box (despite its poor ending) have been the standouts. |

| -Shingeki no Kyojin (most likely to become my AOTY) -Sora Yori mo Tooi Basho (There is something so soothing about this show. One of the highly entertaining animes this year) -Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen (One of the underdogs this year with fun character and a pretty good story). -Violet Evergarden (The story, animation, soundtracks and the feels. Nothing ground breaking but still pretty good) I haven't watched many of the shows this year but I guess these were some of the animes that were entertaining for me. |

| First half of the year has been a bit weak so far, plenty of solid 6's and the like but only Hinamatsuri has really impressed me. (Excluding the continuation of 3-gatsu.) This season has some promising looking shows though, Revue Starlight in particular. |

| Excluding My Hero Academia season 3 and Steins Gate 0, I thought that Violet Evergarden was good, and that Karakai Jouzo no Takagi-san was really enjoyable. And if the game is anything to go off, the Angels of Death anime adaptation should be good, I just haven't got around to watching it yet. |

| It would easily be To Be Heroine or Violet Evergarden. For me anything else isn´t really worth a recommendation maybe besides Devilman: Crybaby, but that one was pretty explicit. Worth mentioning is that I didn´t watched shows like Steins;Gate 0 or My Hero Academia. |

| Darling in the Franxx - Wasn't bad until the last episodes, I'd say it's still worth the watch though. I was pretty hyped for new episodes to come out when it was airing Overlord 3 - Is pretty good so far and things are starting to spice up. S2 wasn't the greatest imo (compared to the 1st and 3rd season anyways) Steins;Gate 0 - Is very good. Probably my favorite this year so far! Yuru Camp - (I've only watched like 3 episodes but they were pretty chill) Isekai Maou to Shoukan Shoujo no Dorei Majutsu - Surprisingly good actually. Thought it was going to another one of those fan service shows that serve no purpose but this does actually have a decent little story going on |
