They may or may not have voiced the girls. |

| INAZUMA KICK! err, i mean GIGA DRILL BREAK! (that's alright, they're essentially the same thing, Gurren Lagann is a parody of Diebuster anyways) Corny as fuck, stupid anime, but it encapsulated Akiba's clusterfucky ridiculousness pretty well. There was a lack of emphasis on the moe and idols, but that's alright. Lol last minute time travel plot FUCKING REMINDER OF MAHOU SENSOU LOLOLOLO Oh my god that song is hilarious. |

| That Deus ex Machina device, even themselves admit it LOL, and that ending reminded me A LOT to Back to the Future xD Well, overall was a something enjoyable show, nothing particulary bad, but nothing so good either, sometimes it was a little repetitive with some monotone jokes, but it's something observable when you turn off your brain. One of the few I liked this season, I don't think I forget this for a time. 5/10 for me <-- That's not a bad score tho, but maybe I change to 6 in a future, I dunno. Tamotsu was a good MC, and Mayo Best Waifu, but I liked Arisa too, Moi Moi~ |

| This episode is a GIANT blatant reference to TENGEN TONPA Gurren Lagann. From the art style, (the giant fights?), the lines, the hostage, etc. and of course... THE GIANT DRILL that will pierce the heavens The fight feels like a scene right out of a Gainax show PYUKO!? |

| A bat shit crazy ending was to be expected for this show. Man, Mayo's Grandma is hot. I believe this was a love letter to otaku everywhere, whether you enjoy maids, figures, military stuff, technology, or gaming; being a nerd is awesome. And that's one of the reasons why I love the Akiba's Trip franchise so much. It embraces the old and the new, the weird and the mainstream, all at once. The comedy for this show was spot on a majority of the time, Tamotsu was the clear stand out character, but Mayo was best grill. The story was ok, didn't really mind it, I kind of preferred the game's story instead. But they were able to make it into something that I enjoyed. While kind of stupid, the end where they go to the future was also signifying that the adventure will always continue. But was kind of meh. Regardless, I very much enjoyed a show that I think accomplished its goal well. And that was embracing nerd and otaku culture, be it good or bad. Keep on protecting the holy land you two! 7/10 |
| Pretty fun closure of this series, especially that ending was the cherry on the cake! It is a decent series, but on the other side it was also rather generic on some points. So all in a decent watch! |

| Good parody, there was a lot of references. All the episodes were really fun, especially the Yugioh one :D. The opening is great too, I'm happy to have discoved Earphones in Sore ga Seiyuu!. |

| Wow I'm really surprised! This show is actually quite funny. I like the Street Fighter and Yugioh episode the most too like some people said here. It would be really funny if Tamotsu was the one to perform the Daigo guard and won the tournament. My only complain is the cliffhanger at the ending.. What happens in the future? Why Arisa and the sister still look young in 100 years to the future? Do they become a Bugged one too? What happens to the grandma? I want to know what the professor is going to do to her. They basically just threw in every ending cliché to finish it 'cause it didn't generate them enough income. It wasn't a bad ending despite how rushed it was and it actually felt fitting. It has one of the best opening songs this season and I love the wide variety of ending songs. Overall I give it a 7.4/10 It was definitely a fun show but somehow became one of the underappreciated gems this season and most hated show of the season because of noobs. When Lucky Star aired, I was really new on anime back then. It has a lot of parodies I didn't understand them but I don't hate the show like most people who didn't understand back then. It's common that people hate a show they don't understand. So sad that this show is actually really funny. I would say the fun level is almost on par with Gintama. |

| Well the series was more of parody rather than a story. It was alright in the beginning but got boring halfway. Also I couldn't deal with the poor character designs. It felt like the creators were low on budget. 5/10 |
| This was pretty blech overall, 4/10 I enjoyed the setting, quirky character designs and dumb personalities of the characters. The story was dog shit and by the end I kind of got the feeling it was trying to rip off Kill la Kill and failed. |

| Wow, the power of Akiba, beats the power of money and more. Certain references are funny, my youth brings me to mind. The scientist is too funny, a good ending with an irreverent scene about the death of Mayo's grandmother. I hope they do a second season. 7/10 |

| I will just ignore what happened at the very end and pretend that it ended after that kiss. Yep, that's a way better ending. Overall a pretty fun anime, nothing outstanding but worth watching. 7/10 |
| They really didn't need to put that time travel twist at the end it was just the final weird cherry on top to end a weird series They never really quite explained what was up with her family. Why were there so many twin sisters? Those other 2 girls just got dropped down a trapdoor never to be seen again. What was up with the source of power that ran on good vibes? Why did it make them vampires with glowing hair? So frustrating when they leave stuff like that hanging in the end |

| Quite the finale for the show, this. Symphony No. 9 in the background of that cheerful song to support the heroes of Akiba, reminded me a bit of NGE ironically, I wonder if it was meant to be a reference to that. Long live Akiba! Brand new Akiba city, of course, it couldn't die in the animeverse, lol. Some serious damage was inflicted though, and that was some Gurren Lagann-esque action to boot. 100 years into the future, in the end, that's just the rightly stupid way to end the show. All in all, I found the show to be fairly interesting with some boring patches in between. Seeing the references was pretty nice though, and they really sold the idea of Akiba and dreams which is obviously integral to fans of the medium, so I can't complain much. Character-wise, it was a relief to see that a lot of the characters seemed to have a screw loose or two xD. NGL though, I felt really jealous of Arisa-chan, how the heck did she become a CEO and finish MBA at such a young age. I was looking forward to degeneracy, not success lol. Solid 6/10 from here. I'm interested to check out more Akiba shows in the future. Maybe I'll get back to Subarashiki Kono Sekai anime soon... |
