| Pretty good starting episode and very hyped out his arc. This is probably my favorite arc (I feel like Imma get a load of replies now complaining) but I really like just the rivalry in school festival arcs. They're just a lot of fun and that's what this is going to be. A lot of fun. |

| Ooooh boy, Souma is back, baby! ^_^ It's a shame that the second OVA from season two wasn't subbed prior to this, as it would showcase the whole elite ten better than the small recap at the start of this episode. Either way, it's great to see the main cast again as we dive straight into the Moon Festival arc. As for the songs used, ZAQ's OP song sounds intense and epic, like with season two's OP song. Nano Ripe's ED song sounds as good as their last song from the previous season so far, so I'm happy with that. =) Although I've only heard her for the first OVA, I think that Erina's new VA has been doing a really good job so far. I do miss Risa's voice for her still, but this change hasn't effected me at all. Overall, this was a great start to season three, if a little quick on the pace. I'm looking forward to how J.C Staff adapts the rest of this arc as well as the one afterwards. If done well, then this season will be excellent. =3 |

| The episode rocked out! X3 anyways I was told that the 2nd ova of the 2nd season was suppose to be the first episode for the 3rd season. It is not out yet. But I will watch it soon once it is subbed. |

| Follows the the end of the S2ova, that opening means they are gonna rush through this again and the ending is pure budget saving. Erina-sama's new VA tried to sound like her old one so it's better than I expected. Moon festival and souma challenging kuga. |

| Glad to have my sweet Megumi back! Kinda sucks that they didn't introduce the elite ten properly and left that with the OVA, but I've read the manga so it doesn't bother me too much. I honestly didn't even notice that Erina's seiyuu had changed since it's been so long since the last season. Her new voice sounds just as good. Excited to see this arc animated, especially as I really love Kuga and I'm glad I can see him animated and being voiced by my favourite seiyuu Kaji. |

| I'm glad that this show is back, can't wait to see more cooking battles and foodgasms. I was disappointed at first, as i thought they were rushing things by glossing over the introduction of the Elite 10 with that flashback, but it turns out that was done in the second OVA of S2.....which still isn't fucking subbed yet. Anyway, good start to the season, with Souma already challenging an Elite 10 member. It was funny how he didn't realize he'd get expelled if his booth lost money, clearly he didn't fully understand what he was getting himself into. Seeing how he handles this should be interesting. |

| Somehow I'm glad that I've read the manga and because of that this episode didn't feel rushed as they just gave a glimpse of the elite ten meeting that happened in the OVA. Waiting for more food-gasms. |

I love how Souma just decided to face Toga head on and set up the booth right opposite to him, this is gonna be exciting. xD Erina's new seiyuu is doing well but I'm just not used to hearing her with this voice. Feels like something is missing even though she's doing a great job. Finally get to hear Rindou, looking forward to seeing more of her because of all the hype she has. <3 Bring on the food fest! |

| Very solid episode. Need to watch the OVA though. I don't like the new OP and ED songs as much as the other ones in the series. Always good to see one of my waifus Megumi again. 4/5 |

| Got to see the lovely Hojo again, I'm happy. But man, so good to have this series back in a glorious season 3. I marathoned the manga so I know what's to come but boy oh boy seeing it animated makes me feel the amount of litness about to go down. |

Otherwise episode was fine, visuals looking clean. It's really too bad they had to change Erina's VA, this is the season where Erina gets characterization and backstory.  |
| Aw, I didn't get to watch the OVA that focused on the first-years meeting the Elite Ten beforehand, but at least there was a quick recap. (I'm glad I follow the manga.) From the opening animation, they might cover more material than I expected. I wonder if this will be a full season (24 episodes). I prefer the series picking up right where it last left off so this was good. |

| My favorite cooking series is officially back once again! As a manga reader, I'm so looking forward to see more of my upcoming favorite scenes to get animated. So the seasons went straight to the Moon Festival arc after the OVA episode meeting with the Elite 10. Those Chinese food looked delicious by Kuga, one of my favorite secondary male character. Rindou also looks so pretty as always like in the manga. Erina's new VA is doing fine job so far for actually trying to act like how Taneda Risa performed in the previous seasons. I still miss her a lot though. Loved that little Souma x Erina moment in the new Opening theme. |

| Didn't realize there was an OVA (doesn't matter much as I've read the manga), but I'm now totally HYPED that Rindou is voiced by Shizuka Itou and Eishi is voiced by Akira Ishida. Man The Elite 10 is filled with an all my Favorites Seiyuus Eishi -> Akira Ishida Rindou -> Shizuka Itou Momo -> Kugimiya Rie Eizan -> Tomokazu Sugita Nene -> Kana Hanazawa Kuga -> Kaji Yuki Too bad Saitou and Megishima has no one behind them yet. And while I'm still on topic with Seiyuu, Yeah gonna miss Risa Taneda, but Kanemoto Hisako did a good job, the difference was hardly noticeable and she already nailed the ojou-sama act. |

| So happy to have this show air again! Dinner time just got a whole lot better. I pray this show adapts the entire manga series, taking as many episodes as needed without cutting anything out...though that's just my wishful thinking. Was hoping Risa Taneda would reprise her role as Nakiri Erina after hearing that she was coming back to voice acting, ever since she took a hiatus due to illness last year. But I'd rather she recover 100% and back on her feet before coming back for any roles...we've lost too many great talents these past few years as it is, and I'd rather not see anymore of heaven's gifts die young. Hisako Kanemoto is doing a pretty good job as Erina, though Risa Taneda set the bar pretty high so it feels like she's only nailing just above 80% there, with the remaining % lacking all the little nuances. Though it's far better than say most English dubs that cast people that sound nothing alike their Japanese counterparts. I guess I'm just going to need some time getting used to Hisako Kanemoto's portrayal. |

| I'm glad to have watching the second OVA of Ni no Sara before starting this, since, otherwise, I wouldn't had any clue of what happened at the beginning (I know they showed the most important parts, but still). Souma is such a reckless guy, the dude actually wanted to challenge Kuga even when he is a very strong opponent, cannot wait to see what trick Souma will pull to steal his clients. The Ten Seats (well, the ones who weren't introduced in the previous two seasons at least) are pretty cool characters. Kuga, Rindou and Tsukasa especially (I love how Tsukasa looks like an stoic bishie at least, but then he is much more nervous of what he appears, what a man). Cannot wait to see more of them. Also, Erina's new voice is actually good. |

I forgot that Erina has a new voice actress. I can't remember why the other one left though. I hardly noticed, so it seems like a solid casting. It's always nice to see sexy Hojo too. Praying this is 24 episodes! |
