I'm not liking their rivals for their attitudes though. One of them actually kinda scares me. Look @ all those aces. New ED song is awesome too. |

| Not a fan of the new theme song, it sounds too generic to me. The first one had an air of uniqueness to it. Still not sure about the ED, but neither song takes away my enjoyment. I'm kinda tilting my head on how many characters they've been introducing, but hopefully they get the proper development without taking away from the main story. I'll have some trouble remembering them, though... Midousuji… what a creepy-ass boy. And then there's Izumida. "Andy… *pec flex* Frank… *pec flex*" Wooooow. Glad to see Mondays are awesome again. |

| ... I don't think Makami is the weirdest one on that team... This series probably has the most diverse cast I've seen in a while. They're all so distinct... Izumida and that creepy tyrant guy especially for me. >> |
| Aaaah yeah As someone who bikes 100+ miles a week AND is in the gym 4-6 days a week; Izumida is the friggin man. I was going to take a night off my obstacle course, but Andy, Frank, and I have to go win the Inter High. No time for rest |
| Both OP and ED were awesome not to mention the animation in those were amazing. Episode was really good I don't remember his name, but it was nice to find out more about that weird faced guy. I always saw him in the old OP and ED and wondered what that guy was all about. |

| Gonna miss rookiez is punk'd. But the new op and ending themes are not bad. Loved the interactions of Naruko and Imaizumi as usual. Naruko making me proud with turning down that interview! :3 Manami going to check out Makishima huh? But I think he'd run into Onoda instead, I bet. lol And that guy who names his specs really cracked me up! haha |

| I liked the old ED a bit more, but meh this one's cool too. Anyone know why Morikubo Showtaro is in the theme song credits (under staff)? Solid episode. Lacked the usual intensity but was a good introduction to the other rivals. LOLOL This guy! Named his pecs... EDIT- Forgot to mention, I died laughing at the bath scene! My inner fujoshi came out for a moment or two |

| lol i'm not a big fan of manami but i can't wait to see him race onoda :) i'm sure onoda, manami and makishima would have an awesome race *_* most of all though i absolutely cannot WAIT to see the inter-high omfg first thing's first though. 1000km! keep going chiba ^_^ hime hime hime lol |
| Did this man really call his pecs Andy and Frank, I'm done. Both Hakone and Kyoto Fushimi have some pretty interesting characters on their teams, Midousji-kun (Added the kun for effect) is really creepy no doubt, I wonder where he learned to ride from. But this was fun, and I like the new OP/ED, although the first OP is still the best, and I think the animation improved a bit in this episode. |

| The new OP and ED have good animation, but I definitely preferred the first on both counts. The animation in general was very good this episode, though - I guess this is selling well so they got a bigger budget or something? Midousuji really creeps me out, though. I assume that was their goal, in which case they definitely succeeded. |

| Nice epl :D As usual Naruko and Imaizumi are just so much in sync hahaha. Loved the tense moment between them. Man they gotta be so tired now hahaha. I'm still wondering if those 2 know about Onoda's handicap? Caster is just tooo friggin SCARY AS F*** O_O...And yeah he's the one who Imaizumi seems to have had bad blood with. Damn he's OP though. Destroying an Ace of a team by 3 minutes!!! O_o??? Hakone is totally filled with weirdos hahaha...Andy and Frank naming the pecs ROFL XDXDXD One talking to a rabbit, one showing off and poor Makishima. He's seen as a fangirl lol XD Manami is the one who really seems to be the strongest though. He's on his bike 24/7 for gods sake XD...Can't wait til he meets Onoda :D |

| this one has so many characters, though I couldn't name them even now, unlike Kuroko, it's easy to remember the names and faces. I can only remember those 3, onoda, Naruko and Imaizumi. I love the bathroom scene. And Naruko and Imaizumi both were so cute in chibi form... |
| I already love the new opening. Btw, solid episode, a little of development for Naruko and Imaizumi. Now I guess the next one is centrated on Onoda and Manami. Midoushi-kun is not creepy at all. |

| new opening is awesome! how they integrate the names and stuff into the things looks rly great! also the scenes fit more together and harmonise more wtih the song itself (more camera zoom etc.), wich is imho more „streight line energetic“ and not so „exploding“ like the first. i am a little hobby cyclist myself and i felt more the cycling spirit while watching the 2. opening. dat helicopter view at the end, were all are cycling together! xP ending was okay, nice song, but nothing special. now the play with the other teams has begun. that kyoto guy is rly strange. fantastic scary score and screenplay while he was introduced! O_O |

| wow excellent pace! I keep liking this show more and more, the characters are fun and weird, need to get used to new op & ed bc I prefer old ones, and this show somehow motivates me to "borrow" dad's road racer and go crazy with it hahahaha damn I smiled a lot watching this episode! |

| I see the changed things from the manga. Izumida the dude thats cut up from the champ team you dont see how built he is until the inter high. They basically dragged out this arc so it might not finish for another 3 episodes now. |
