Nice to see someone appreciate From Up on Poppy Hill. I didn't think much of it upon my first watch but it's probably the Ghibli movie that I look back on the most, particularly the image of a sailor girl placing signal flags and watching ships arrive in the harbor. Good taste in slice of life!
