I think they're trying to build some sort of bond between the characters in this series through its storytelling with characters as kids. Ugh, that singing... | Mahou Shoujo Ore continues to be Mahou Shoujo Ore. That's how I'd describe it best. Fun episode with some decent backstory. So far, its been way better than expected. |

| Turns out Mohiro isn't as oblivious as I thought he was (but he still is extremely oblivious) and cares a lot about Saki and his little sister. The episode was funny and the art for the ending looks really good. |

| Mahou Shoujo Ore? More like... more like.... Mahou JOJO Ore ha gotem But for genuine thoughts, I really liked this episode. The comedy worked and the first half was actually kinda moving. Didn't expect that. The animation on the other hand suffered from the obvious tight budget, which was especially apparent in the first half. |

| This episode felt long but it wasn't without its goods. Saki and Sakuyo were a bunch of cuties in their childhood days and the latter half of the show was just too funny. Didn't quite get that part where the caution said that the voice would echo so you should keep it down. Also, the ending illustrations are always insane xD |
| That overlong flashback was the weakest part of the series so far for sure... insane comedy and attempts at story rarely work, as season 2 of Nanbaka can attest. The second half was absolutely amazing though. Just in terms of comedy, this might end up being my favorite anime of this entire year, who knows, lol. Also, a Hokuto no Ken reference... that's kinda rare these days. Most anime would go for a JoJoke there, but good on you. That 'Atatata' even sounded pretty authentic. That... uh... *math* near the end really was information I didn't need. Yowza, that can't be comfortable X.X |
| Some really funny meta comedy moments. I enjoy the sense of humour in this anime. The flashback was actually quite serious and about the plot, but it;s still managing to not take itself too seriously. I didn't "love" this episode but I enjoyed it and am still hoping for good things from this anime. |

| Sakuyo is hilarious. The bit with her doing the math and shaking her brothers hand was too much. She considers herself the similar to her brother when transformed. Since she has big boobs, all that mass is transferred downstairs when transformed. Making her bigger than her brother. Doujinshis for this series are going to be really weird. |

I'm on board for all the sexual situations these two buffed mahou shoujo ores. I saw a spoiler/clip of them in bed and Jojo Sakuyo smoking a cig afterwards. I'm excited for that scene. Obviously, Hyoue is fucking gay for all the guys, especially for Sakuyo's brother. He's gonna go hard when he sees the Ores. |

| Throwaway seasonal gag anime about buff magical mangirls actually has decent LGBT rep! I'm so happy with Sakuyo's 'I love you in a sexual way' line and what followed. So direct! So clear! None of that flimsy oh i like you as a special childhood friend but dw i'll support your cishet love nonsense. Plus no-one calling her gross or not taking her seriously as a punchline. Overall the comedy is still a bit hit and miss but the ep saved me from dropping it. |
