| Well well, its seems the studio really did manage to do a great comeback after last weeks ep that was too rushed for its material, This time they hardly skipped any dialouge at all and the tension for certain scenes were just great. I have to agree though that some fights animation were handled a bit mediocre like Gintok vs Oboro but overall I think the animation stayed pretty much at top at the most important parts xd Now please studio make the next ep legendary as well and if I start crying from it I will forgive some of your mistakes in the past xd |

| I have been preventing myself from watching this series ever since the Shogun Assassination arc started. Today I have marathoned all but the next episode.. And damn. Im really really really REALLY glad I waited. Sure I read the manga so I know what happens but still. Having to wait a week between each episode would seriously have killed me. Anyways that fight was way too good. Really great to see how Nobume had faith that Gintoki would come. Love Nobume. So much. Dat teamwork tho. Gintoki's voice at the end was also top notch. Really hits the emotion. Props to VA. |

| I loved when Kagura grabbed the sword and screamed to Gin. gave me chills Utsuro sees Kagura's potential, I hope that means she will learn to control her Yato abilities soon This plot twist was crazy. |

| The OST for Utsuro was pretty wicked. The reveal was okay maybe I didn't find it as bad because it has being awhile since since I've read the manga. |

| WHAT? I've seen that Utsuro in the OP so many times but now I've taken a good look, dude he looks exactly like Shoyo. And Nobume said he's Shoyo but at the same time, he's not. And she also said Gin-san was not the one who killed Shoyo, but him. Freaking what? So are you telling me Gin-san beheaded a Shoyo double? And Utsuro was actually Shoyo only he'd had a change of heart? And all this time Takasugi doing all kinds of evil shit thinking his teacher was dead but actually he's alive? DAMN! Gintama what are these revelations you're showing to me. I can only hand so much of it. |

| OMG I freaking love this episode. When Sougo started to have chills, my heart almost stopped and then Utsuru appeared. This guy is such a beast! Even Gintoki was forced to use a real sword. Thanks ziggy_Z for the explanation, during Gintoki's swing something looked wrong. But with your explanation, it's now sure that Sorachi is a god. Dat reveal, Shouyo seems alive, but he can't be alive. I am also confused than Gintoki. This anime is the Masterpiece |

| So the big bad is basically Shouyou's zombie, okay then. Can't help but feel that sometimes things are better not answered or spelled out. Like how they made Gintoki the executor of Shouyou (even though it makes sense as to why he wasn't convicted after the war). It's the same here, let's just hope Sorachi makes the best of it. |

| It seriously sucks that I had gotten the reveal spoiled before hand, but that was still a great moment nonetheless. I just have one more spoiler to catch up to within these last two episodes and I can go back to having Gintama filled with suspense. |

| Holy hell!! That reveal! It's execution was perfect. Sucks that I got spoiled for it beforehand but the episode was still god-tier. Didn't expect him to be so OP. Man Kagura, Sougo and Nobume together couldn't even land a scratch on him. You know shit is going down hard when even Sougo is shivering in fear. Gintoki's face after he saw Utsuro's face and all the memories flashing before him was so sad. And how he recovered so quickly and that line "But our sword can. Begone, specter" was awesome. Kagura was fantastic in this episode, especially when she stopped that sword with her hands. I really hope Nobume or Sasaki won't die but from that preview there doesn't seem much hope. |
