| Best episode in Aria yet, without a doubt. I had predicted Alice would become a Single right when Athena suggested the picnic, but I definitely did not see Prima status coming! And Alice's singing easily rivals that of Athena's. Beautiful. |
| Wow wtf a mindfuck? In Aria? Nawww.... I really loved the unpredictable nature of this ep. I expected Alice to be promoted to a single but never a Prima!! That's too awesome. I so glad I followed this series from the start. It made this ep all the more satisfying. |

| OH MY FUCKING GOD JUST WOW. I CAN DIE NOW I SWEAR DAMN SON OF A FUCKING GUN THIS EPISODE THIS EPISODE JUST THIS EPISODE FUCK. Seriously, this episode, no fucking questions, is the best episode, and by best I mean the topmost episode of them all. Fuck man I will go emo just because of this episode, seriously so fucking lovely. OKAY FIRST OF ALL, ALICE SKIPPING A WHOLE GRADE AND BECOMING A PRIMA? THAT'S PLUS 10,000 POINTS RIGHT THERE. Okay so at first I knew it that she's going to be promoted because they went into that place where undine get their license but I didn't expect her to become a prima this quick! Heck, she even surpassed Akari and Alice, LOLOLOL. When Athena was removing Alice's first glove, I was like "Yeaaaaaa finally Alice is now a single." BUT THEN ATHENA WASN'T CONTENTED SO SHE TOOK ANOTHER ONE and I was like "OHH FUCK SERIOUSLY?" Okay so this episode is the best until I can see an episode where Akari and Aika become a prima too, lol. OH AND I FORGOT, I ALSO DIDN'T EXPECT ALICE TO SING GOOD TOO. MAN THIS EPISODE MAN THIS EPISODE, Unforgettable. |

| I cried at the beauty of Alice's singing moment.. again when Athena took the first glove off. Then hysterically after the second one came off. I haven't cried this hard in ages. What a triumph. I was expecting an Undine graduation, but never to this level of emotional impact. These aren't tears of sadness, but of uplift and wish fulfillment. I'm glad that they put in the flashbacks because I needed a reminder of everything that culminated up to this point. We've come all the way from the Animation and the Natural.. and the pay off is good. Oh so good. |

| Oh, wow, wow, Wow. I went into this episode knowing already that Alice was about to be promoted, but I did not expect her to become a Prima at once too. In retrospect, this episode probably could have been great without the double-promotion. The shock pretty much eliminated any emotional build-up towards that point. I'm not feeling so much heartwarming as utter surprise walking out of this episode. 4/5 |

| I knew that it's going to be a promotion exam... I knew she'll pass the single exam, but when Athena picks up her right hand... Oh... Ma... Gawd!?!?! My mouth was hanging wide open as soon as Athena raises Alice's right hand... This episode is fucken amazing... Definitely the best Aria episode to date. From Alice graduating middle school, and walking backward... her last walk home game^_^, Then you can see the commitment she have for being an undine... Exam, talks about both Aika and Akari, and the wonderful Athena's lesson as well as the orange sunset... This episode covers a lot, and wonderfully. Very few show get me emotional like that, very few. I can only imagine how good Akari and Aika's exam episode will be... something tells me it'll surpass my expectation. |

| I had to think it over, if Alice really deserved it more than her senpais... A bit disappointed, because it wasn't obvious for me that her skills were that great. Actually I haven't thought even once that any of the three will become a prima this season (though it's last and all). Probably that's why I am more stunned, than happy about this episode. The thing I liked most about it is the piece of advice about singing Athena gave to Alice. Being a vocalist myself, I remembered the time I needed a piece of advice like this, too. Many times, actually. Now I have one for all my life =) |

| Wow, actually I feel pissed. It's a matter of "favorite" issues, and Alice wasn't my favorite. For me, it was obvious Athena was going to test her after she looked at the sunset in this episode.. and the fact that Alice was going to be a Prima... I actually kind of forgot she was not a single yet.. but I knew she was going to be a Prima, I WISH I was wrong. I really wanted Akari to be the first one to be a Prima out of those three, so sad, yet kind of happy, but more sad, though Alice is 2nd to me after Akari.. It was a good episode overall, but I did not enjoy it as much. Right now, I'm actually kind of disappointed, I stuck around to see more about Cat Sith and Akari.. if there isn't more.. very disappointed, but that's just me. I HOPE the remaining episodes better not be predictable in a way, where they all "obviously" get to be Prima by the end of this season... Still sad, but CONGRATZ Alice-chan :] |

I knew from before getting spoiled somewhere on the line that Alice would be the first one to become a Prima Undine, but I was at complete awe and full of contentment when it actually happened! Aria the Origination is destined to remain in my top 5 fav shows, for years to come! |

| Second time watching this show. I remember the first time how totally stunned I was when Athena grabbed Alice's right hand. And it made my eyes teary even the 2nd time. In my opinion, this is the best Aria episode and one of the greatest episodes I have ever seen in an anime, period. Beautiful from the first to the last second. Man I love this show. And I love Alice. But I still love Akari even more ^^ |

| When Alice became Prima, my first reaction was "OH MY GOD" That episode made me so happy that I nearly cried. I just couldn't believe that this episode was extremely epic. I sort of feel bad for Akari and Aika that they didn't get the chance to become Primas since they're the one helping Alice. |

| I wished my memories from reading the manga can be erased temporarily. I want to feel the "OMG" emotion once again when I read the manga of this episode years ago :p But still, listening to Alice's canzone is very epic. |

| now that was a surprise, to say the least. i was definitely not expecting the second glove to come off as well. i'll admit to tearing up during the glove removing. Alice deserves it with all the growth she went through starting from the beginning of the first season to her amazing double promotion and the first ever promotion from a pair straight to prima, might i add. |
| Not going to lie but I teared up at the end of the episode. Hands down the best episode wait let me rephrase that, one of the BEST episodes I've seen in anime EVER. I've seen from Aria so far but I still have 4 episodes left along with the OVA. Well this episode basically secured the 10 for this series. I was at a 9 until I saw this episode. It just won it for me. But dam when we all knew that she was going to be promoted somehow but when I saw Athena reach out for the second gloves I was like HOLY SHIT. Episode was done so elegantly and everything was just so natural. |

| This episode had to be the biggest surprise I've seen in anime in a long time. The entire time it was building up to Alice getting promoted and I was sitting here thinking "oh she's finally becoming a Single, good for her!" When she started singing, my eyes got watery. When she got promoted, a tear or two escaped but I was like "that was amazing." And then, Athena moved her hands to the other glove... Absolutely breathtaking, tears flowing and I couldn't stop smiling in amazement at this episode. Congratulations Alice, the Orange Princess! Edit: It's funny, the finale for Shingeki no Kyojin was yesterday. And although I enjoyed it, this literally felt 100x more satisfying, I'm so happy right now. |

I'm looking forward to the next couple of episodes when Aika and Akari plot to kill Alice out of sheer jealousy. ...but seriously, amazing episode. |
