| While everyone including the judges were trying to figure out what happened, my Chihaya explained how Shinobu-chan actually got the card! It was such an Arata episode! He would go and say that Shinobu-chan had a fever which led to her defeat, but I know he would up his game if she was perfectly fit and would beat her nevertheless! I just realized today that he is such a lady-killer too! Did he made Chihaya skip a beat when he touched Shinobu's forehead?! I am sure he made Shinobu skip a beat! And Taichi is finally a Class A player, but then he notices the gulf in playing Karuta between Arata and himself! Poor Taichi! And poor Sumire too! Seeing Taichi and Chihaya run off holding hands to go and see the Class A final! Why doesn't this world have good endings for all love stories? T_T Only one more episode to go! I will cry when this anime ends! T_T |

| Amazing episode. Loved the tension throughout the whole match, and the music was, as always, fantastic, and definitely the best karuta match in Chihayafuru so far. I just wish they didn't do the whole "'fever' thing with the Queen as it made Arata's victory less legitimate. Shame the next episode's the last, hopefully a third season is possible. |

| God my friend had been trying to get me to read the manga, I was teetering on the edge of spoiling this episode before it came out, I'm so glad I waited for the animu though. I will pick up the manga now as I doubt I can wait for season 3 to have more of this. An excellent finale to the individual tournament, Arata is a boss, I still think Shinobu is the strongest and I <3 her. I always felt she wasn't quite 100% for this match and it was confirmed. Dramatic as always though I can't wait to see how they close this up. |

| Wow, I became an even bigger fan of Arata this episode. Arata has a nasty playing style... as sadistic as Sudo!? LOL. And he won. I knew it. I was grinning like mad when he hit the card and it flew at Chihaya, then that lovely apology. :3 Never considered ArataxQueen, but it could work. One more episode! I'll miss my weekly dose of Chihaya. :( |

| This was amazing but then again, every episode of Chihayafuru is amazing so I am calling it extra-amazing:D Don't know who is stronger honestly. Shinobu had a fever plus was holding back for nearly half of the match on the other hand Arata might be holding back since he knows, she had a fever...I would still say, Shinobu is stronger! Who ever is stronger...Arata x Shinobu FTW! ALso Taichi x Chihaya! |

| This episode is completely off chart. This is the best sequel series of the year. And best adaptation of manga. Even after reading the manga chapters, the animated scenes, music, voice acting are amazing. THIS is how you adapt something to an anime. 5+/5 |

The disc sales for season 2 are better than last year and are over the simple line for profits so they shouldn't be losing much if any money while advertising for the manga. There isn't enough material for a 3rd 2-cour season yet. Might need to wait for winter 2015 unless they decide to stretch it or flash back to the two light novels or something in some time closer like spring 2014. Can't wait for next week! If they get to where I think they'll get to it will be freakin' amazing! |

| I'm seriously pissed Shinobu lost. I know it might have ended differently if she didn't have the fever, plus she was kinda happy to realize there are people out there who can beat her, but it still felt so wrong. |
| Ah, what an episode! :O They need to spend longer on these things ... Chihaya sees Taichi as a rival ... and aww, poor Sumire when she saw them "holding hands" :( Kana understands at least ... kind of sucks, I think I'd feel more for her if she had more screentime past the first like three episodes lol :P Anyway, so Arata is beating Shinobu ... interesting to see how Chihaya sees him as the stable top thing that was mentioned last season. Why IS Suo the bad guy?! He seems like such a cool guy to me lol :S I liked him from what I saw last season >_< Anyway, so Shinobu begins her comeback ... oh man, TBH I think it would've been awesome if she HAD made the comeback, but man, it was a pretty intense match D: Especially with how she still got the cards as Arata went after them ... ah Shinobu, you're so awesome :3 EXCEPT POST MATCH. WHEN ARATA FELT HER FOREHEAD AND SHE HAD A FEVER. Okay how can you NOT ship these two?!??!?!?! Oh my god they would be so cute together T_T Poor Taichi watching Chihaya watch Arata ... WILL THIS NEVER END T_T Anyway ... I wonder how they're going to wrap this all up. I really hope there will be a season 3 eventually ... ONE DAY ...?! |
| My boy Arata's smile getting all the girls wet. Didn't realize what a lady killer the dude was. Chihiya got jealous when Arata touched Shinobu's forehead. This better have season 3 someday. It's only to promote the manga but still. I never wanted a sequel to a series so much as this one. |

| wow definitely one of the BEST episodes of the whole series. intense moment left and right!!! even though Chihaya was a little stubborn not watching the match, it's good that Sakurazawa manages to pull both Taichi and Chihaya :P lol poor ero-kun! Chihaya manages to touch Sakurazawa first!! wow Arata showing of some extreme high level play!! almost hitting Chihaya with that card!! thanks to Taichi saving it ^^ even Za Queen was surprised at how he still manage to outrun her!! even force her to use her favorite Snowmaru Fluffy Towel!!! but wow that one slip technique Za Queen did when Arata tried to hit all the multiple cards and yet she manages to get the single card is soo godlike!!!!! but Za Queen lost T____T the only reason she lost is because she didn't give every card the equal love that she always do, was drenched as hell yesterday during the rainy fight of Chihaya and had a fever. and too was tired since it's also her 5th match after just beating two top class A characters(Chihaya and Megemu). not saying Arata too wasn't tired and all, but he only won two cards. though Arata did attack Shinobu's strengths. a weakness his grandfather knew :P still amazing since he had a one year hiatus due to his grandfather's death. any case love the high level play!!!!! Arata is definitely now the player to beat will he be able to beat Master Suo? :P and wow Arata holding Za Queen's head!! Chihaya is jealous? O_____O but Za Queen will always be my favorite player and learn a valuable lesson in this event. she learned not to shun her cards no matter what the circumstance is, and never underestimate any opponent. and it's also good to have some friends with you when playing Karuta(Chihaya :D) she is the winner of this in my eyes :) last episode!! :( season 3 reveal please!!! with more romance between Taichi and Chihaya or Arata and Shinobu chan!!!!!! |

| Arata actually beat the Queen! Well I hoped for it, but actually thought it wouldn't happen but it really did! Those parents of his :p I do wonder what the last episode will be like, but damn the story may for me continue with a couple more season, just can't get enough of it! |
