| Well. That was a really good episode However I still think Revy converted from tsunderekko to love interest too quickly, she did it suddenly at the beginning of this Japan arc, and now only a bit of Revy's former personality is there. I'm not saying that's a bad thing in itself, but it just annoys me a bit how quickly she changed. |

She probably always was like that, it's just she wasn't used to Rock's presence and now that she is she's a little more open. At least that is how I see it. |

| Since going to Japan Revy's personality has changed hugely. Even simple things like apologising to Rock have begun to happen, I gotta say I prefer this Revy much more - she seems a little more humane. |

| seems like rocks finally starting to change and as for ppl saying reevy just suddenly changed i think shes been changing ever since the episode in season 1 when rock finally stood up to her |

Anyway, If I had to pick a side, I would be wiith the Yakuza, I'm just not too fond of Balalaika at this point, She's too forward and even a menace for Black Lagoon... and I sympathize much more with the Washimine characters now. However, most likely the clan with be annihilated =/ |

| Yeah, I agree. The part where Revy said that's unfair at the restaurant.......wth was that. It really seems out of character for her x.x But I still like it lol. It shows how much she's changed cuz of Rocky. I was actually surprised that Balalaika even called her out on it. For me personally, I thought she was warming up to him ever since I sympathize with the Washimine characters as well. The scene where Yukio was holding the gun makes me think it could go either way. They could get rid of the group totally like they did Anyways, no point in me speculating more. I'm just enjoying the plot development and possibilities. xD On to the next episode! This longer arc is really engaging @.@ Wanna find out what happens next. |

| damn Balalaika is just freaking dangerous. even if you have little to no numbers, she will still continue to hunt you and kill till you are COMPLETELY obliterated. and wow Rock standing against Balalaika, still it kinda annoyed me since he's still neutral and won't decide. and hobby wtf?? yeah i kinda see how Revy changes ever since he went to japan, but in actually Revy started changing when Rock and her had an argument about the incident in the submarine(the fight at a local food dining) also when Revy had a cigarette kiss, as well as Revy saving Rock's ass when he screwed up the documents from chang. so this is this the last episode huh :( Nuki and Gin won't go down so easily it seems. yay another match between Gin and Revy. i wonder if Nuki and Gin will die the same way as the twin sisters from the beginning of the The Second Barrage arc(ep 13) can't wait for the last one, will watch Omake and the Roberta's Blood OVA as soon as i finished this :) |

| Ehh, i'm a bit disappointed they're ending the series with this arc. Yeah it's a decent arc with some good character development for our 2 main characters, but i dont find the new girl that interesting a character, i think she's too dull to dedicate 5 episodes to. Plus i'm just not a fan of characters who talk a lot of existentialism, it gets annoying fairly quickly. And where is Dutch and Benny? They're main characters too! |

| now that's more like it Bear in mind Revy's in a totally different environment, and has to defer to Rock as that's what she's being employed to do. Both those things can play a big part in terms of someone's character development and how they relate to other people. (Rock's also changing their relationship by getting involved) The bank job ploy made me like the girl more, good ep all round. |

| It looks like Yukio is planning to fight too, Rock was probably terrified of Balalaika but didn't want to show it, its gonna be a crazy final episode coming up. |
| Revy not shouting him down when he was depressed and drinking, was surprising. More so that she actually protected him when crazy Russian slammed him down, and even joked afterwards she'd be with him through the Alamo. but to make it easier for her, not to go ahead and try to die so fricking quickly all the time by opening his mouth. Hopefully this is as soft as she gets, she smiles more and seems to cares for rock... that's obvious (she's more likeable with a partner who couldn't be anymore different than her). Rock needs to grow some more balls though (less wishy washy.. he keeps thinking how he can 'fix things'; he's not a fixer... he has the charisma of a gold fish) and never, ever pick up a gun. also that Russian lady, seriously.... look how her negotiations go down.. it was pure luck the triads got on her good side (even that's dicey). and that city is hell. do not piss her off by telling her what she should and should not do. i'm really surprised she didn't kill him. anyone else, i think she would have just to make the point. |

| Watching Rock in this episode got me irritated. Trying to convince Balalaika to stop what she's doing after what he knows about her, it was just really suicidal. He's got guts though. Now that Rock's officially left his old life behind, I wonder what things will change if they'll change at all. |

| Being away from Roanapur with Rock has brought out Revy's more understanding and emotional side, but not so much that it affects her dynamic with him. I like this Revy more than the Revy from season 1. There's more nuance there. Yukio has adapted pretty nicely- robbing banks and picking out what guns she likes. She has got Yakuza blood in her after all! XD Well y'know what they say...desperate times call for desperate measures. She hasn't had the time to mull it over like Rock has, although it seems like he's finally made his decision for real. I bet he'd be a monster with a gun. Even Dutch was worried about it...he can read Rock like a book. But hey, you'd hafta be pretty unhinged to try to get Balalaika to stand down. Even people like Dutch, Revy and Roberta don't wanna get on her bad side. |
