| The ending was, as expected, done in Gintama-'rubbish' style that is probably a classic Gintama trolling by now XD Sorachi's letter read by Kagura though... I thought I almost had a tear on my eye lol! It's really hard to say goodbye to such an awesome series :(( Will always be looking forward to more seasons of gintama anime in the future! |

| Loved this episode, some of the apologies where hilarious like Kamui's (that wasn't an apology actually). During the apology compilation I was waiting for Tōshi's apology and it showed up :D Tsukuyo was hilarious also! |

| What an nice ending for the second season. These 51 episodes felt like 500 at some points. It costs me a whole year to finish it :D I had so much fun watching it. Also as in season 1 there were a lot of super badass more serious episodes which I enjoyed. At that time when this season here ended it must have been hard for the people who waited for new episode. Looking forward how this will go on. For me personally it's the same as for season 1. Easy 10/10 :) |

| Kinda expected more for the final tbh,but the credits + first opening made up for it. Overall,I enjoyed this season more than the first one and it had also a new favorite arc and some episodic favorites for me. This show is still jumping from awesomeness to just ok at times,tho. |

| I liked the ending with the recap and the first opening theme song. God, Kondo was so annoying... I liked this season a lot at first, the first mini-arc was so funny, but after that some of the arcs were so boring for me, like the Shittenou, all episodes featuring the Shogun and the one with the lady who was feared for closing the male bar. On the other hand, there are a lot of interesting things such as Takasugi recruiting villains and that Kintama thing. 6/10. |

| 8/10 well deserved it actually was 10/10 but it went down hill quite hard at later episodes. was a long ride tool me 5-6 months well at least it was enjoyable looking forward to next season. |
| And there we have it ladies and gentlemen. The end of Gintama'. Next is Gintama': Enchousen. Interestingly enough, not only was this the last episode of Gintama', it was also the last reported filler episode according to Anime Filler List (with only the last episode of Gintama.: Shirogane no Tamashii-hen - Kouhan-sen being described as mixed canon/filler). Great episode and a great conclusion to the series. Average in terms of Gintama filler, but that's still above most other shows. Really enjoyed all of the apologies. Can't wait to start the next one. Easy 10/10. |

| Fantastic season of Gintama, just a cotinuation of the first one and it had some awesome arcs and standalone episodes. Bathhouse and the funeral episode being one of the more hilarious episodes. 10/10 |

| The closing episode is unfortunately one of the weakest ones in this season (almost bad in a way), leaving quite an unpleasant aftertaste. Unlike the glorious conclusion to the first season, this season messes it up. This has always been a problem with Gintama. There are always a line-up of god-tier episodes and then there are those such as this one. Vulgar for the sake of being vulgar, dull-witted and, most regrettably, unfunny. I want to ingrain those moments of first 9 or so episodes, or the Gintoki fucking everyone arc, or the virtual gf arc, or every little detail that amounts to countless other inspiring gags. But it is precisely episodes like this, or the turd-humor-intensive episodes, or that one ghost episode that falls flat just because of some 9yo penis humor, that sadly stand out. The comedy of Gintama is simply too great at so many occasions that, funnily enough, makes the awful parts stand out more. And though I was willing to be generous, this episode refrains me completely from doing so. I hope to god Gintama will one day be consistent, but that seems unrealistic. Overall a great season ruined by bad episodes at key moments. |

| Not as great as the original 201 episodes, but still very good. The split between serious and humorous episodes are more evenly spread out this season, but the comedy is slightly more hit and miss as well. 9/10. |

| I must say, Gintama is one hell of an anime. It never fails to amaze me with their interesting and funny ways to end their serie. Such a hilarious ending. Couldn't have asked for a better one. I also never thought that apologizing could be this hiliarous. The last 2 episodes were just incredible in terms of comedy. Good job at delivering such a good final episode. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Favorite Arcs of The Second Season of Gintama: 1. Host Club Arc 10. Jail Arc 12. Love Chorris Arc 13. Glasses Arc Top OP's of S2: 1. OP 10 2. OP 9 3. OP 11 Top ED's of S2: 1. ED 17 (lowkey one of the best) 2. ED 20 3. ED 18 4. ED 19 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The quality improved, OST stayed on pair with S1, OP's and ED's are on pair with S1 again, a few new characters here and there and the comedy stayed the same. Serious arcs were once again, just magnificent! Season 3! Score: 9.5/10 -> 10/10 on MAL |

| This was basically the first season on crack. Funny episodes, no long-ass 50 introductory episodes. And the serious arcs were amazing too. The only episode I didn't like was one of the Elizabeth ones, but that's impressive for a 51 episode anime. 10/10 |
