| Another really good episode. The development on Shichika's part was the centerpiece of the episode, and I found it a very welcome surprise. It's about time for Togame to be a little bit more forthright in her feelings. Surely she figured out that Shichika was jealous. And I agree with cyruz, I felt some kind of relationship between the princess and Togame. They can't be sisters, can they? But mother/daughter sounds crazy...though I suppose I shouldn't doubt it. |
| Ahk! I really wanted to see what the guy in the armour looked like! I kinda felt sorry for him in the end. Uh I can't believe we have to wait another month for the next ep. Its waaaaay to long! |

| The multiple scenes in this episode frightened me into thinking that they would not obtain the sword by the end of the episode. Yet they successfully did so without removing any content from the fight. Predicted earlier in episode 3, the cheerio scene lacked its luster after a few moments. I thought the directors went overboard. However, i did thoroughly enjoy teasing Togame when he was jealous. Refreshing to watch a male take the role of the mindless and emotionless while the female possesses the brains, to an degree. |

| @Arden Ruales: The director focuses on text and discussion between characters. As people have been saying, it does give off a similar feel to Bakamonogatari because of shared directors. While i can not deny the fact that the plot revolves around swords and battles, AKA it is action, it is done through a different style and is a lesser element. |
| And enter the archtype female nemesis. Hopefully she will add something to Katanagatari or will we be faced with another typical jealous-triangle plot episode. |
| CHEERIO! Hilarious overreaction from Togame. xD Also did we just get to see domestic violence from a jealous Shichika? That armor was pretty cool, somehow it made me think of Nightmare in Soul Calibur with the same kind of setting and all. Another great episode, one month is gonna be long. |

Shichika was all sorts of awesome in this episode <3 "I somehow got the urge to tease you..." "Don't touch my women!" I didn't really care much for Shichika before, but he got a couple points for this episode. I really liked the random teasing. Though, as stated, the fight was rather bland... |

| I think I have a new favourite ship. Also, I find it weird that there are people on here who don't know what Cheerio means. Although, as a British man myself, I guess I probably hear it more than people of other nationalities do. As a mocking stereotype, of course. No British man ever says cheerio. Ever. >_> |
| Amazing episode! Great main character development, but the most fascinating thing about this series is the great character(s) it introduces in every episode. As well as superb dialogue. Wow, no one of the Maniwa corps got slain this time xD. |

| Fuck yeah an Onsen scene, fanservice for the win! I just loved this episode because Togame was damn cute in it. Really, the two main protagonists made this show. They're so adorable together. Though I was expecting a bit more devellopment on that armour dude. His backstory was rather interesting but it was shown hastly and he didn't appear much in the whole episode. He was more a plot device to highlight the relation between Togame and Shichika. This wouldn't bother if he wasn't an interesting character in itself. |

| I liked this episode the best O.o due to the character development, nice to see Shichika developing emotions and such. Togame is great but sometimes she just talks to much, its annoying xD |

| This is on pace to be one of my favorite shows ever. There is nothing about it that I don't love. The style, the music, the humor, the action. It's all spot on for me. Cheerio! |

| wow this episode... first indroduction of another great villain then unnecessary fanservice a bit talking and ofc the awesome villain gets beaten by the way to overpowerd protagonist (without even getting a scrath).. so obvious and stupid -.- |
