| It would have been really hard to top the last ep so I was fine with what we got. At least there was some level of character and relationship development. Next ep looks good |

Though the two of them are shaping up to be quite the anti-heroes - first Shichika killing Meisai with a smile on his face, now Togame's strategies for obtaining the armour...Seriously, if this keeps up... Also, yay for an actually competent Maniwani dude! xD |

| Shichika finally turned human... No, that doesn't quite say it. He turned in to a man. All of the sudden. This episode was sweet. |

| Shichika was all sorts of awesome in this episode <3 "I somehow got the urge to tease you..." "Don't touch my women!" I have no complaints here! A Maniwani actually survived an episode too (minus one arm) which makes me like it even more. Plus I loved Shichika 'teasing' and Togami's outburst xD |

| I was very surprised that Togame didn't have anything to say about Shichika calling her his woman. Awesome episode, though. Waiting a month for each new one is almost unbearable. |

| Do I sense jealousy? Well I did for awhile. And it was actually a funny development in the story. It's perfectly natural, and the show treated it as such. I wasn't disappointed in anything for a moment. And I actually feel silly for complaining about the dialogue in the first episode, when I'm hanging on every word in the fifth. Finally, it felt like it was a conscious decision to Aketaru alive. A decision I liked. This show tries and succeeds at not being predictable, but consistent. And I'm impressed with it so far.  |

| Yeah, finally he lets a former sword-owner live. Although I wonder if it would have been better to let him die, so he didn't have to live with his sister's death any longer than he already has, and being rejected by Togame. It's pretty cool to see, you know? I also found Shichika's expressions hilarious when she was coming up with ways to get the armor-sword. |

| Anyone else surprised during the onsen scene? I'd have thought that Togame would do the blushing tsundere thing, but like she said later in the ep, "I don't feel embarrassment". We sure realised that, after she was staring at Shichika's junk for so long. I still think that the romance between the two is very forced: Togame decided he should fall for her, and then in one ep he said he had. She even mentions that he wouldn't try anything with her. I realise this is probably because Shichika's been so isolated, so IMO the best part of this ep was definitely the scenes where he's jealous and he doesn't realise it. |
| This wasn't as exciting as the last episode, but this had more relationship development. This month of waiting thing is killing me... |

I have almost no complaint about it, Katanagatari is a great mix of romance, adventure and action with a lot of creativity involved. |

As you said, he'd been isolated for 20 years on an island with his father and his sister alone. It's not really surprising when he falls in love with the first girl that ever interacts with him that's not related to him, not to mention that she's pretty hot (falling in love at first sight isn't really that uncommon, even if it's mere physical attraction and not love). He's not as emotionally mature as he should be at that age. But that's just my opinion. |

| Didn't realize Togame had such great breasts. Wow xD. Too bad Shichika doesn't feel anything when they were in the onsen. But I like it that he is slowly developing feelings for Togame and reasoning by himself. I lol'ed at his teasing of Togame. I was pretty surprised when that Maniwani cut off his arm. No Maniwani death but there are 3 who died last episode so it's ok. Looks like an ambush next episode. Really thought Togame was connected to the armor dude but she wasn't. The fight was kinda cool but how it ended was pretty lame. Still, we see that Shichika can panic a little and he's physically strong. Pretty hard to top off episode 4 but this one has its merits. We see some developments and progress. Now to wait for another month...unless the 6/4 at the preview means June 4, then it's pretty soon. Loved Togame's confusion about Cheerio. That was very cute side of her. But for me, Gyafun > Cheerio. :) |

| Today's lesson : never trust the pirate XD. A truce with the maniwani, didn't expect that we have the 1st ninja to survive. This time another good episode, i like the development in their relationship like at first Togame didn't trust him, now he trust him and looks like Shichika already developed some feeling towards Togame although he doesn't realize it. |

| nice episode as always this time it was more comedy than in the last one Togame also had some crazy scenes in this episode, the head massage was funny as well as Shichika's teasing. the onsen scene was nice,too Togame has some nice curves, too bad the nipples were missing ; ( one questions comes into my mind how can an armor be a sword? these Maniwani costumes are getting more and more ridicolousXD |
