That anime that just makes you feel happy and warm inside? Whether it’s from the genre it’s a part of, comfort or just the overall feel of the anime!
Mine would have to be Amanchu, but what’s yours?

basically a thread to appreciate your favourite soft anime 😋

Don't know if it's soft or not but Urusei Yatsura makes me forget all the worries. You can't feel sad when watching it, you will smile immediately.

Either Aria or Yuru Camp for me. I can throw any episode of either one of these on and all my worries just seem to dissipate. ^_^

Jewelpet. I rewatch episodes from time to time, and it is as good at cheering me up as My Little Pony is.

induction, so the reader is encouraged to think about the
relevant proof case when considering each action rule below.

I just watch anything from the slice of life genre that has mostly female protagonists and I'll be in a better mood. I avoid watching anime over again so I don't have any particular go-to anime, but there are genres I watch a lot more often than others and for different reasons.

I definitely wouldn't trust an 80s OVA to help me deal with a hard day but if I'm already feeling good that day then throwing one on could be a fun way to pass the time. Idols and magical girls tend cheer me up.

Kiki's Delivery Service is my #1 go to for cheering up. If I need a quick dose clips from How To Keep a Mummy will also do nicely.

Trigun is the complete opposite of a good feel-good anime or especially manga in spite of how silly it can get especially in its first half, but the moé I get from Vash is enough to get me through anything. Just thinking about him, not subjecting myself to the feels train that is Trigun and especially Trimax. Or at least watching one of the early pre-Cerebus syndrome episodes of the anime, since it's like a warm blanket of nostalgia and moe.

I looked up through my list and I noticed I don't have, lmao.

Probably will be the lighter arcs of One Piece, because I love the feeling of adventure the pre timeskip brought.

Maybe Hyouka and NichiBros as well.

There is very little cuter than a cute trap that turns exquisitely cute when being sexually molested, of course.

If the cuteness of a thousand traps were to burst at once into the skies, that would be the splendor of the mighty one.

Ah, yes, feel good anime, also known as iyashikei

Mines would be these :
- My roommate is a cat
- Usagi Drop
- Barakamon
- Hitoribocchi No oo Seikatsu
- Sewayaki Kitsune Senko-san
- Kiki's delivery service
- Tonari no Totoro
- Ponyo
- Omoide Poroporo
- Senryuu Shoujo

Anime like Mushishi, Natsume Yuujinchou or 3-gatsu no Lion could also be included in this genre, but they also hit your feels very often with some damn sad moments, I wouldn't call that a feel good experience then

there is a special class of anime I refer to as Brain-Bleach, These few anime can also be more referred to as iyashi-kei or healing happiness for me is about dispelling worry and the like for this you can go to works like Aria The Animation, Yuyushiki, yokohama kaidashi kikou and I would say not very many others. I think the healing qualities of an anime are subjective and sometime you need something more smothering to stamp out the worries that life brings.

Among my favorite animes are cults like: Akira and ghost in the shell. Some of school novels with powers like: Rakudai kishi no calvary, Absolute duo, Gakusen Toshi asterisk and Taimadou Gakuen. He also had some sports like Eyeshild 21 and Air Gear. Some of romance like: Kaichou wa maid sama, Itazura na kiss, White album 2 and Dome X kano. I can't forget about the youngest anime I've ever seen: Love Live. And I can't forget about H.O.T.D. who made it back to the anime world after a while away from the lively works of the Japanese lands.

I have a few. K-On is for when I am bored with life and need something to fix that. A Place Further and Baby Steps are for when I need motivation. Seitokai Yakuindomo and D-Frag are for when I haven't been able to laugh in a while. And to actually answer the question, Usagi Drop and Acchi Kocchi are for when I'm feeling depressed and need to forget about the world for a bit.
