The greatest recap episode of all time. It even made sense to do a recap after 74 episodes; I would've been okay with a completely standard recap to remind me of all I've forgotten, but this was hilarious. I am a bit surprised Sachan was not even mentioned though. o_o true story |

| Well, that was it for the second part of Gintama. Only a half year worth of episodes. But, it was amazing. A well done recap video. Funny and informative xD Man, I nearly died when the Prince was dubbing Tatsukagi or whatever his name was LOL. A few new characters appeared. The OP's and ED's were amazing as always. Favorite arcs in second part: 1. Benizkura Arc 2. Infant Strife Arc 3. Mother Arc. 4. Fuyo Arc Favorite OP/ED so far OP: 1. OP 3 2. OP 1 3. OP 2 ED: 1. ED 5 2. ED 4 3. ED 6 4. ED 3 5. ED 1 6. ED 2 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There were a few serious episodes but most of them were comedic episodes. Not complaining because I'm mostly here for the hiliarous and dumb moments. The main trio is just amazing. Never fails to make me laugh. All the sidecharacters are great. You can even call them the maincharacters. (The ones that appear a lot) like Katsura, Otea, Cat girl etc. Animation is still the same. The black bars resolultion is kinda annoying but whatever. Looking forward for the third part of Gintama (2006) Same score as first part = 8/10 |

| Rewatched with italian dub, it became even more amazing and enhanced the meta level up in the sky "please don't change streaming platform" "did I have that different voice back then?" flashbacks from the early episodes have been shown with original dub that covered the first 49 episodes with roman voice actors, so it was so cool listening them mixed with the current cast based in Milan that reprised the series recently, and explicitly lampshaded the situation. When i recognized on the spot Marco Guadagno as Gintoki during his first meeting with Shinpachi, i cheered hard. Even if his successor is doing a pretty good job too. |
