| Eh. It was okay-ish. Plot was fairly unoriginal but decent enough I guess. Unfortunately every single character was annoyingly bland and boring. A generous 6/10 |
| Yet another anime with generic cast of characters, and underdeveloped plot, lacking of much needed world building. Boring. I dislike the format of having the flashback set in the last bit of every episodes, not a fan of having it in grey/black too but if that saves up some budget then its okay. Action was boring, the show really gives no reason to care. If you've seen as many series as I have, at this point, you want a series to make you care about it, rather than you want to care about a particular series. God Eater hasn't done that. The attempts at drama and character developments were laughable as it was brushed off so easily after their 'character arc' was done with, as if the story introduced the characters just so that they can say they had 'character developments'. Had a few pretty decent ED but nothing too great. Artstyle is while unique, pretty much had the same problem as CGI (I heard it wasn't CGI?), that it is void of any facial emotion/expression. |

| Did he turn Super Saiyan or something at the end? Pretty average ending for an okay anime to be honest. It would be nice to see what would've happened after the whole "Apocalypse" but in general it was a decent ending. |

| This end was so satisfying that I almost forgot the long wait between the episodes. God eater is a very good anime. The action is amazing, thanks to UFOTABLE. And I found the story interesting. Good to know that Lindow survived. PS: Lenka is badass |

| This was definitely an exciting episode, with the final battle and Lenka turning into Naruto with blond hair LOL, yes that was my first thought XD So Rindou is confirmed dead :( Shame, but seriously how many modes does Lenka's God Arc have?! I seriously thought he was dead too ... but nope I guess not, the protagonist can't die right >_< Seems like they're hinting at a sequel with that "mysterious shadow" and not to mention Johannes' plan to just save a couple of people and wait out everything in space o_O Well, even though there was a huge break which meant I don't remember a lot of the beginning stuff, I LOVED the OST (gonna seriously go look it up now) and the animation was pretty good too, especially in the battles. Unfortunately some of the characters fell a little flat for me, but there were some good ones too. The last couple of episodes were good but I vaguely remember the earlier ones not being that good so ... eh, I guess it was a 7.5 so I'll round it down to a 7/10 :P |

| Lindow gone. Lenka becomes the new leader. Shio appears. This is only half-way! They haven't fully shown Ouroboros yet and isn't that Arda Nova a little too big? Damn there better be a sequel to this. Also that fight with the Dyaus Pita was awesome. Would've been even better if I was watching in a bigger screen, I'm using my phone. 7 |

| Ending was pretty meh, kinda looked like Lenka just pushed himself to his expiration and apparently not so...too cheesed. Was a decent series for the most part, but honestly there's nothing that really stands out at all about this show |

| Looking objectively, its rather mediocre. Its too short and lots of it ended up unknown, like every other anime of this type. But nevertheless, its super entertaining. |

| Daym, I dunno if that was a good ending, but it felt way too rushed. I think many things and events were misplaced or rushed in this series. What I found most funny were that Goku and Lenka would be good friends if they meet each other xD Daym, that was a nice rip off DB super Saiyan. LOL But daym that transformation were awesome. hahah, it was nice to see. He sliced Pita good. Daym that was a good fight and awesome animation. I am actually very amazed he can still walk and be fine after that fight. I found that weird, but ok. So he has become the new captain for squad one. Ripping of Rindou, but were is the smoke? :( I guess Sanji's voice actor is the only one allowed to smoke. :P It wasn't that shocking at all that Johannes was making the plan behind the scenes. It became pretty obvious that he had made the plans to "kill" Rindou by placing the Aragami device beside his secret place. I guess he knew about it after all. Aaand since knew his plan or had some thoughts about it, the most obvious move is to get rid of him. Especially after he was happy when he weren't on the map anymore. Weird that his sister, Tsubaki, weren't suspicious at all. But I understand. How the hell should you know that the director is backstabbing everyone. I think if Aisha were there with him then she would truly be disappointed. Because this was not what her desire and definition of saving humankind. Yay, Rindou survived miraculously after loosing a hand. Wonder how he escaped, but I think he knew Johannes plan too. I think he will have a biiig role if there comes another season. Great to see he is still alive. Wonder how he will survive now that he can't go to the East branch base anymore. I truly hope there will be a second season of this. Because if would be totally awkward and weird if they end it here. Many unanswered question are left. The biggest one is that they haven't faced the huuuuuuuuuuuuuge Aragami or what the hell creature he is, that we saw in one of the first ep. Beside that there will be a fight between Johannes and Sasaki were each of them will try to make their plan get realized. In addition, there are many other hints about an upcoming season. I really look forward for it and I hope they don't screw it up. Overall, I truly loved the animation. It were superb and just beautiful. A unique style ufotable is using. Different from other animation style. The plot were the worst. Damn, much of it were misplaced and some of the fights were uninteresting or rushed. The sound were actually good and the characters were also ok. I think a 7 is good and that's what it deserve. 7/10 from me. |

I have watched the series very carefully the last 3-5 days and I can't remember seeing anyone with that hair and shadow (which is apparently Shiro ^^). |

Lenka lives, but he's been...KH fans know. Who is that shadow figure? Were those boots and smoke? Play the game to find out the answers. But assholes in comments have already spoiled you if you read them. Awesome finale. |

| Pita is destroyed. Lots or Oracle cells going up into the air and eventually they should form other Aragamis.. as that's how they work in this universe. You could say killing Aragami just gives birth to even more Aragami. When Johannes revealed the true intention I was shocked , but when you think of his past it starts to make sense what is his view towards this world. Also the thing that Aragamis will eventually evolve just gives me thought that this whole fight between humanity and Aragami is not how humans will be able to eradicate their enemy , but for how long they will be able to withstand their cleansing of the planet. This really just feels like someone , whoever it might be , the God or Space itself , sent those beings to end the Earth. The thing that Johannes doesn't argue with Paylor maybe means that Johannes still has some hope in better outcome.. That he's not strictly tied with the leaving the Earth plan and that is currently the only way to survive to at least some point. Anyway , I want this universe to expand a lot more.. No idea how stuff is in the games , but I so want to know everything behind those cells , Aragami origins and just the future of humanity. |

| It was a fine watch, I feel like if I had played the game myself I would've understood more though. Felt a bit of information missing at times. Lenka is your usual protagonist I guess and Alisa was hot. That's all she was though, so character-wise nothing special for me in this. Animation was beautiful of course. 6/10 |

| These last 4 episodes were really good, enjoyed it a lot. So Rindou survived which is just awesome to see. Even if I don't know anything about that person who's taking care about him I hope someday in a season 2 it will be explained. Lenka became super saiyan and totally rekt the pita. I wonder how he recovered after that. Also his hair became normal again. But it's cool to see him as the captain and taking Rindous role. Johan is just an ass and his plan is crazy. So it's now a race against time between him and Paylor who will find a better option to rescue humanity. I personally enjoyed God Eater. I didn't expect to like the animation so much. Music was also pretty good. So I will give it a solid 8/10 and hope maybe for a season 2 in the future. |

| Soma when he came out of the water, all drenched, was really good art. The action scenes were generally better this episode. The laughing scene was stupid. That's all I can say about it. I've noticed that the guns in this anime are absolute trash. Why do they use them if all they are is unneeded noise, and wasted rounds? I love the direction the story seems to go after the anime. I definitely need to check out the games, now. |
