| First manga I ever read was Mahou Sensei Negima which I found by coincidence a while back when I was putting books back onto shelves while volunteering at my local library when I was younger. Opened it out of curiosity and after figuring out the whole right to left aspect of manga, I really liked it, read all the volumes my library had, and forgot about it after I couldn't find anymore. It was a couple years later when I remembered my manga experience and I looked it up online and began reading it again. Now it remains as one of my favorites. |

| Well, I only at the time wanted to read manga (not "I want THIS genre or THIS series", just "Hey there's apparently books of these anime shows I like, let's read!") so I don't really know, especially since I didn't start with volume 1. I would say either Hellsing, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Black Butler, or Jyu-Oh-Sei. |
