| Dang, this was such a good episode to watch before going to bed. The song played was really relaxing too. I kinda want it. But in general, this episode actually did make me stop and just... chill. Would recommend for anyone stressed out about the little things. The rain song was nice too, but I gotta say that this was pretty nice. Might as well go for episode 7 and then sleep for the sake of catching up with the season, but man it feels bad to not stop here for the night. Might just watch the episode again after 7. |

| That was a pretty meta chill. The 5 episodes before it were so dense with content I guess they literally wanted to "chill" this episode. It's one of the most ingenious approaches to "changing pace" I have seen in a while. I was expecting him to be found in the meat locker from a mile away (freezing being the logical conclusion of hardcore chill), but with that shot of him lying down complemented with the same chillout.wav playing over it I laughed out loud. Great episode, probably my favorite so far. |

| I was rewatching some food anime, trying to remember how much of a focus they have on actual food, and I decided to rewatch this episode. Oh my gosh it's still a really good and therapeutic episode. I can't even believe how much it just made me chill out. Like no joke this has to be one of my favorite episodes of anything of all time. It really just lowered my stress levels. Suddenly, I can't wait for the summer. I want to relax. This semester was stressful. My last final is today. My grandma just died two days ago and my aunts and uncles are assholes who are just looking for money despite abandoning my grandma for 15+ years. We haven't even buried my grandma or had time to mourn yet and they're over here seeing what they can get already. (Surprise for them because since she's actually our step grandma and she has no obligation to leave them anything in her will, so she didn't.) I'm studying for finals and all these aunts and uncles are here and loud. One of these assholes probably has the coronavirus. It's a lot of stuff going on, and I've been pissed. However, rewatching this episode just made me... breathe. I'm chillin'-- well, for now, but I needed even this small moment. Thank you, Tonkatsu DJ. |
