Just Finished Toradora. Dang, you weren't lying when you said it gets better, I enjoyed those last two episodes so much, and the ski resort one was great too. Thanks for recommending the anime!

Yeah, I heard some good stuff about it. The whole story with the 16 races is really interesting. I just wished it got a little more attention in the actual anime.

I think I get what you mean. I found that I am able to enjoy any type of anime, and I don't really have a genre that I avoid. Well, except for idol anime, but I feel like that's self-explanatory lmao. I recall watching the first couple episodes of Seven Deadly Sins, but I don't remember that much. I guess I'll have to rewatch it. But what you said about Koe na Katachi has me really interested. I'm putting it on my list of movies after NGNL Zero and SAO Ordinal Scale.

I'm planning to rewatch it soon. But I doubt I'll get a the same feeling as my first watch though. Which other ones made you feel the void? I don't really have any others, but I'm also new :)

Yeah, that empty void that you get after finishing a show is something special. I got it after finishing Kimi No Na Wa, and I didn't really like the feeling of emptiness over the couple days of relapse after watching the movie. But now that I look back at it, I kind of miss it.

Most definitely. I also didn't like the opening at first, but it just clicked in my head after 4 or 5 episodes. I find myself humming the lyrics a lot now. It gets me hyped up every time I watch it.

I was expecting the beach episodes to be straight fanservice, but as you said, it wasn't as bad as in other animes. There was one scene with Ryuuji and Minori where they talked about ghosts on the balcony that really struck a chord for me. But now that Taiga is moving away and Ryuuji is on bad terms with Minori, it looks like the mood of the anime is taking a turn. I'm really looking forward to what's to come.
I'm going into senior year at a local high school, but my class doesn't have many nice girls, so I guess we're in the same boat. I had small group of friends where we did almost everything together through freshman and sophomore year, and the show remindes me of the fun times we had.

Hey! So I've watched a pretty good portion of Toradora (just watched episode 12). It took a little bit to grow on me, but I've really enjoyed the last couple episodes. It brings back fond memories from high school :)
