Game 'Tales of Zestiria' to Receive TV Anime Special

I was talking about a hypothetical adaption of Xillia, not Zestiria. And most likely some intro since Lyra is shown to be already with Slay.

Aww, I wish ufotable would do Tales of Vesperia. First Strike was a pretty shit movie and that was the last thing we ended up with in that universe...

I found it short as well. The two routes might give you the illusion that it's a long game but compared to the other Tales, it's shorter. It was also said that they rushed with the development, I remember.

And I doubt at this point they might care about a Xillia anime adaption, ufotable has already a busy schedule and the hype has been moved to Zestiria. Either way, not that I care but we know how game to anime adaptions end up.

All Tales of have padded aka drawn out plots. Countless times in Abyss, Symphonia, Xillia and even handheld ones I say why is this still going on? I consider Xillia short also its only 30-40 hours for just the main plot. Honestly I believe like with Abyss it don't need 50 eps, I say 26 is the sweet spot since there's no gameplay to drag it out like what happens to all titles in the series.

I think it would be 50 episodes for both Xillia 1 and 2

Ah, I see. I wasn't even thinking about Xillia 2 when I said that since I thought they would just do only one work and maybe the second game if the sales are good. Well either way I agree if its a TV series it would be 50 eps.

I was saying its shorter cause it was, xillia is about a 30 hour game for just its main story not rushing anything, i was taking my sweet as time doing alot of side quests and I still beat the game at 36 hours. while games like vesperia and symphonia are in the late 40 hour range just to do the story alone, to add onto that abyss is usually in the upper 40's and mid 50's in the hour range, and freaking graces F while getting an unfair advantage due to its after story is probably the longest in the entire series going into the late 50's. Xillia is legitimately just one of the shorter ones, And my friend said xillia 2 is sadly about the same length. Its not the shortest by any means(innocence can be beaten in like 15-20 hours) and tempest is infamously like 4 hours long.

and i wasnt even saying its bad because its short, i said it was rushed cause the finale really was, alot of the tales game suffer this too even vesperia which is one of the longest ones has a pretty rushed final act.

I think Vesperia is longer than Xillia but not by too much. Though I agree Xillia was a pretty complete Tales game and the sequel was even better.
