Nonsense Comedy Manga 'Kremlin' To Be Animated

According to Morning Two magazine, Curryzawa Kaoru's nonsense comedy manga "Kremlin (Кремль)" was announced to get an anime adaptation.

It's a nonsense comedy about a lazy college student (half NEET), Castyama Haruo and his three cats called Guan Yu.

I have a problem with comedy anime. Why are there so many lately...
