Oh shit, it's the 5th division. Even Captain Hibana shows up!

Not bad for the action this episode. Got to see some of the other division members fight the good fight. The fire infernals in this show are still no pushovers. Feels like Shirna is improving his own skills in this show too. The 5th division is no ordinary squad for sure, especially with their captain.

The 5th captain creeps the shit out of me, tf is going on with her masochist underlings.
Glad to see the story having another part about not just the usual people that get turned into 1st gen fire monsters but now having doubts among their colleagues.

I liked Maki the moment she got introduced but Holy Radon has she leveled up this ep! that jab to the 5th division dick that was talking trash to their captain was gold, and how her team reacted with them thumbs up shit.

Shinra's pretty dang OP, kinda wanted to see how he'd do against a whole division but alas, glad to see he can hold his own and isn't scared or nervous to pick a fight with them once he knew they were in the wrong.

5th division's captain is a complete bitch. Her squad is no better either. Hopefully, they will be taken out later on and company 5 will get reformed at some point.

So here is one of the girls that we can see in the ending...At first sight it sure wouldn’t have been easy to say that this captain of the 5th brigade was in a monastery. I really hope that we are going to see more of the girls which were in the monastery with Iris and what exactly happen there and that since the first time I see this beautiful ending.

Hmm i guess the force really has all sorts of weirdo's within their ranks. Still even more unexpected was the fact that the enemy were using the ashes of the dead for their powers how unforgivable. Seems that public perception of firefighters and soldiers aren't that positive. I guess being the organisation that harboured a serial killer can do that. The serial killer being transformed into a inferno to be put down by the fire force though was an interesting turn of events. The fact that he retains his sense of will though made him quite the tricky opponent. Rather than acting in the interests of the public the 5th seems to have their own unique agenda of focusing on research than on saving lives. Overall an interesting ep that featuring solid action as always also did well to introduce an interesting type of inferno while also introducing the character of Princess Hibana. At the same time it also showed the sense of antagonism that exists between the different stations.

So we have the captain of the fifth division, princess Hibana being introduced. Her division seems weird, a bunch of masochists. It seems like the whole firefoce are not a united front like we see the conflict between the fifth and the eighth. Maki giving the punch to the guy that was insulting Oubi was nice. The thumps ups from the members was a funny moment. This time we got to see an Infernals with a sense of self. Wonder if we will get more Infernals like that. Overall this was a great episode.

So the 5th division is basically a bunch of masochists.

Good episode, but I'm curious to know more about Shinra's brother.

I mean what did you expect ? Literally last episode we were told that a lot of the force is sketchy and independent so clearly she would be in it for her own gain . You acting like there’s only two divisions

Hahaha, I also felt like I experienced a deja vu.

Hibana is yet another hottie and I even kinda like her.

Good episode again and Maki is better going to make up for chicaning the rookies.

Alright it was a solid episode, with some dust of morality being thrown here and there. I am sure it will be addressed again. Kind of disappointed Arthur have not done a thing, still. When does his zero point begin...
5th captain is a fake-villain, will turn out to be some sort of tragic child just like the priest girl from 8th, stops with researching and sadism and is redeemed. Rinse and repeat. Still better than what the rest can offer.

Why the phuck did the captain of the 8th back down so quickly to bitch sama of the 5th? With the firepower at his disposal (no pun intended) he could have taken the infernal. Who cares if she has a research division. She doesn't look like the type to share results anyway.

I sorta liked this episode, since it just keeps expading the mystery and the corruption of the Fire Force, but I feel like it should be more to add it. Also, nice to see that both of the second classes are powerful. And that second class from 5th, calling the others second class nobodies. As if you were someone. This episode, I learned to hate those bastards. I just really hope this doesn't become a 8th against everyone.

Great episode again.

Action sequences especially all the flame sequences are awesome. Can't get enough of those.
An Infernal that retains it's sense of self? Interesting but didn't Captain Obi mention that the other divisions may already know what the cause of the Infernal eruptions are? Given that the 5th division was interested in this Infernal, does that mean this was either some kind of test by them or they still haven't fully cracked the phenomenon yet.

Hibana is certainly looking good. xD
Looking forward to next week.

Maki punching that punk was funny but knowing what kind of people that division has, I guess he actually ended up liking it.

And also, that captain... ugh, she sure is a sweetheart, uh?...

Overall, I didn't really like this episode if I'm honest but I'm not sure about the reason... it being the weird pacing or the fact that I found both the Infernal and the 5th division to be extremely annoying.

Anyways, let's see what the next episode can offer.

This series sure likes subtle ecchi moments, and I'm starting to doubt its credibility.

Hope they face against the 5th division, which will probably never happen or will end in a mediocre way!

Wowie, the Captain for the 5th Division seems like a slimy bitch. She'll probably cause more problems rather than help later down the line..

Besides that, it seems like Shinra is really OP, and I hope they implement some villans that actually stand a chance against him.

Crazy fire force guy turned infernal was cool. Don't care for the thot but her power looks interesting. She's most likely going to turn out to be a fanservicey nuisance in the future rather than an interesting antagonist.

I really wanted to like this show, but I have to agree. The OP kicks ass, but from there...mehhh...

I haven't read the manga, so coming in blind, the show at first seemed fairly grounded. It looked like it took place in a near-future or maybe alternate version of our world that was affected by mysterious fire-based powers.

But then episode 3 casually dropped some info about the continents breaking apart or some shit that seemed totally out of left field. Like, what? Why wait until episode 3 to say this? That changes my view of the show's world pretty dramatically. It turns out, it's not much like our world after all. Ok, good to know. Care to talk about the idea for more than two seconds, or maybe revisit the idea in the next episode? No? Oh, ok then. My bad, I guess.

The other thing that happened in episode 3 was the introduction of silly fanservice. I have no issues with fanservice in general, but episode 3's fanservice took me out of the world the show takes place in and made it hard to take seriously. Now episode 4 has some chick with huge knockers who uses guys for a throne and has curvaceous triplet minions. Again, I have no specific complaints against boobs or sub/dom dynamics, but it added zero value. The fanservice detracts from the interesting questions that have been raised, like, what's the story with the other brigades? They obviously have secrets; what are they? What are they not telling everyone about Infernals?

I liked the show's premise, and I like the art/animation, but it's like the show can't decide what it is. Does it want to be an interesting story I can take seriously, or does it want to be a vehicle for lots of shiny DDD-cup boobies? If your answer to me is, "Why can't it be both?" then my answer in return is, If you enjoy it for both, that's good. However, I'm dropping it.

I really hate to see 5th division here. Their captain completely looks like bitjj and acts like she is the queen (well she called herself princess, or maybe thats her name? dunno XD)
If i can remember from the last episode, thats reveal if 5th division is under Hajima Industry, and what they do with take the infernals although he's in 8th division area looks so suspicious and annoying-_-

Scene where Shinra was fly with Arthur looks good too

Is it just me or did the episode feel kinda off. I can't put my finger on the reason, it's just something.

Oh well, we're introduced to another division, the 5th. Seems like they're be some antagonistic shenanigans coming from them later on.

Mamoru-kun telling Shinra "Latom" was pretty hilarious. The thumbs up at the end was pretty fun too.

So the 5th division decided to show up in this episode. We also got to see an infernal that talks which is rare. I was expecting Shinra to go all out on 5th division, but I guess he will not do it. I just want to see both division fight each other, that would be cool.
