| Still feel like I'm going to go through this series wishing Natsume had been the familiar instead. I still can't even link her and Hokuto in any respect. At least Kon's introduction was well worth the preview waiting :). Damn fun character there. |
| I'm impressed. Kon can be considered a kind of phenomenon where a character looks annoying but not annoying at all. Don't know how to explain it, but I like her a lot. |

Unbreakable Machine Doll's is much more subtle. Using CGI in a 2D animated medium, it pretty much has to be as subtle as possible, making Unbreakable Machine Doll's much better for that very reason. I literally grimace whenever I see CGI in Tokyo Ravens - it's that bad. I can bear it in pretty much every other anime I've seen, and sometimes I think it even looks good, but this is just... so shockingly ugly. |

| He already had Kon from when he was younger before he became a familiar himself in episode 2. I think that either from not having realised that he had Kon or not having summoned her that, despite becoming a familiar, he was allowed to keep her. |

| Everyone else liked the show, I was just.. "meh.." Typical old jokes of barging into another's room and saw them together doing something indecent and get mad. Kon's character tried too hard to be all oh-so-cute. He/she is not a human for f's sake. Harutora is as clueless as ever, but tries to man up, the kind of act that doesn't suit him. Well one could arguably call that character development. Natsume's sudden change in character, from the shy one to Hokuto (well that was her real form, but it's still pushing it a little) -.- Then we're going to have this rival that's going to turn into a romance victim soon (sure hope I am wrong) for either Natsume, or Harutora. For the whole time, I was sitting on my chair unimpressed. |

| Then drop it now, because the whole point Onmyoji School is to teach people the skills to become Shamans like any real world profession (i.e doctors, engineers etc). This was mentioned all the way back in the very first episode so I don't know you missed that. |
| Damn, I had big expectations for Kon just from her commentary each episode... and I was not disappointed. She's gotta be the cutest thing I've ever seen, lol. Already got a feeling she'll be my favorite character. Dat mooning. I haven't laughed that hard in a while. Regarding the students not realizing Natsume's gender... personally I was kinda surprised by that before I remembered her mentioning it last episode, but I could actually see where they could think she's a male, especially when she normally doesn't talk much. If Kyouko actually does have a crush on Natsume, thinking she's a guy, that's gonna be pretty damned awkward. I'd kinda prefer her being a yuri. | Definitely the best episode so far. 4/5 Interesting set-up. I like the whole high-class academy feel. Kon is so-so but not that bad actually even if she's a loli. |

| 5/5 Episode which leaves unchanged the values seen previously of action and comedy, they are just "spread out" in a different way during the narration. Plot that leaves me once again pleasantly satisfied. Narrative that places the new characters now in sight and protagonists good or bad, especially the Kon appparire are in my opinion very much a moe character also for the beautiful interpretation of Toyosaki! * _ * Never before this time I found it strange to hear his voice outside of K-ON! : D Very beautiful designs, I love the stretch last but not sketchy and rough showing this series. The color design is fabulous. Comically speaking, made me die! Characters that I like, although this time Harutora did not even understand the link between Natsume and his friend! XD Maximum grade! |

| So the class thinks Natsume is a boy. lol Hell, even I have moments of "Are you a boy or a girl." sometimes. Tenma sounds familiar... checked and yeah, he was also Keima Katsuragi from The World God Only Knows. I instantly recognized him. First impressions of Kon are great! I like her! That misunderstanding when Natsume barged in Harutora's room was hilarious! She's cool and her loyalty to Harutora is awesome. Natsume is defintely growing on me now. I really like that study school side of her. Kyouko seems like a bitch so far. Hopefully she impoves. |
