| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Finally done with the thinking about this episode got to admit that apart from doing a excellent change with Anna thus affecting Shuichi there was some incredible development for Chiba/Yoshino so at this point I wondering about whether Shuichi should screw his female wannabe and be a man with Anna and Yoshino is going to develop something for Chiba while changing into a man or something is going to happen to change roles although I cannot see myself Anna not being hurt at all in any way once a break might occur. IMO, I never would have though that Chiba as it follows,  would be so hot. She could really be a mistress if she wants to but quitting school over it and make of it as a job is not OK at all. She would just be one of those high school girl prostitutes IMO. About Chiba, her major change was towards Yoshino. The start of it was during the bathroom part whom I think that her definition of amazing being able to admire someone that can do the things you wish to do is a impossible task for her. Most likely I am tying it to her love for Shuichi while it can be related to a complex of Shuichi being better than her in drama. TBH I think Shuichi’s voice is good for drama while Chiba has amazing acting skills not bound by as much of a shy factor as Shuichi has. I knew things might escalate into ugly, well I was not far when Chiba still admitting that she hates Yoshino over her issues with Yoshino. Comes the second most vital part that really blew me of at the time I saw it. Chiba feeling depressed in her place with her mother while mentioning of quitting school all because of Yoshino’s blurting out that Shuichi is going out with Anna. That was a big mistake of Yoshino IMO and Chiba’s suffering did affect me. At that time I did not recognize her in the last preview but OMG at the spoiler The end of the episode with her and Yoshino being in Chiba’s room made a amazing impression as to what could be a change within Chiba. First before going into that I must say that I loved both poses of Chiba in the spoiler About Anna, she is most likely the second most major character with a amazing change despite I saw it coming, I never though it would be so blooming as the episode portrayed it. Guess all started with a simple serious stare from her towards Shuichi while he entered his room. What gave a kick to that change is a further serious ambiance from Anna towards Shuichi’s zit problem on his face while remarking Maho was not cool in bullying Shuichi in regards to that. Of course Anna was so adorable with her blush due to Maho really thinking that they were flirting with each other. That only became better here as Maho blurts out Anna going out with Shuichi and all of this happened over a zit problem adding along advices through the cell phone of Anna on methods of taking care of skin with product advising in person. Incredible how things turned just because of that. My favorite moment is of them in the karaoke place in the spoiler The second part whom is my favorite as to be the zoo where Anna picking the plushy of a monkey was cute and strange for picking out something like that. | I didn't like this anime for the first 5 eps but I'm beginning to like it now, I never would've expected Nitori and Anna to start a relationship (even though I was hoping for it deep down). I hope that they stay together even though I doubt they will, since he'll probably realize he still has feelings for Takatsuki. A side notice Chiba-chan was cute this episode:) |

| Nitori is most strange protagonist of romantic animes I saw. He is cross-dresser and has totally feminine personality but than it comes to relationships his behavior are more logical than most of harem anime protagonists have |

| I never thought Anna x Nitori. They look good together but i think latter in the series Nitori will realize that he is still in love with Takatsuki but it was completely unexpected that he will start a relationship. Next episode is more interesting (Spring). Most straight forward confession and i like it. |

| Anna dating Nitori comes as a real surprise it was clear that she had some thoughts about him but that she would end up dating him. And Notiro being able to confess is also a big surprise. I am also surprised by the reactions of Chiba and Takatsuki. That Takatsuki would act coldly towards Nitori because he is dating a other girl it's kind of sad and totally contradicting the things she said latter on in the episode. Chiba getting so emotional that she doesn't even bother going to school is even worse that it's such a big shock to her is really unexpected. And it makes me wonder when she will go to school again. Anna has a unexpectedly kind side to her and a pretty weird taste as well. It's nice to see a other side of her instead of her always so serious image tho i do wonder why she started dating Nitori. |

| Good. I've been hoping for something like that to happen, but never thought it actually would. The episode really shown where the real strength of this anime lies, and it also broke a few tropes in the process. Guess I'll have to read the manga after the anime ends though, since it doesn't seem that we'll get a satisfying end with only 4 episodes left. Also, I really like Anna. Well, guess I like Saorin a bit more then her and no one else really in that show - except for that grown-up crossdresser woman (Yuki?) - so I'm really glad they turned out to be major characters, instead of overshadowed side-characters. I was also hoping for a NitorixAnna relationship ever since she gave her that weird cell strap. I'm a happy person. |

It's been pretty realistic with the way things have been handled so far, so to give us a "happy ending" where the guy gets the girl he wanted would be a bit lame. Lol@the simple face wash advice Ana gave Nitorin. That never worked for me when I was 13. Stupid hormones. XD Anyone else think Chiba looked really pretty as she was lying on the couch? I've come to appreciate and understand her character a lot more in recent episodes. Hopefully all this drama she's putting herself through will help her grow as a person. She's just trapped in her own way of thinking at this point. |

| Hmm, I don't know if that development isn't a bit too sudden to be belivable. Compared to Kimi ni Todoke the plot just moved at lightning speed. That Anna would date the little brother of her friend so openly is also quite unusual, at that age and especially with a girlish boy like him. He also seems to have no thoughts for Takatsuki anymore although he just confessed a second time recently. I also still think everyone is way to tolerant about the whole crossdressing stuff. It seems the whole bullying came before in the manga and is kind of missing now in a show about this topic. Just doesn't seem like kids that age. |

| Wow, didn't see that coming at all, but Nitorin & Anna do look nice together. I totally agree with Sankar that it was very refreshing to see a character just go with the flow and confess. I just can't see it lasting. Takatsuki seems to be a typical case of 'Not knowing what you got until you lose it'. | As much as I love Saori as a character, I'm glad the focus was on Nitori this week since she seems to be stealing most of the spotlight recently. XD The relationship between Anna and him is really interesting too, since it will force him to think about his own gender identity and sexual orientation. |

| Nitori is a lot more tolerable when he's doing things rather than sitting about agonizing. Anna is interesting. I've liked her since she took the photo of him in episode one with her cell phone. She's offbeat (well, I guess that applies to everyone in this series), and she has a great attitude. But her friends have opinions of her that don't match her own, which is kind of fun. I don't really care what she does (since none of the males have really stood out) but I hope she gets more screen time. Having said that, I wonder what long-term effect she'll end up having on Nitori. Part of what made him a miserable wretch earlier on was that he seemed to be stuck in an echo chamber with Mako, Saori and Takatsuki. I think they echoed and reinforced his worst aspects, skewing his impression of himself and the world. Nobody benefitted. I think this was the most enjoyable episode of the season. |
| I don't know whether I should be happy about this current development or not.... In those type of shows, it's very likely that Anna will be used as a convenient tool for the author to rid off once she fulfills her purpose. I don't a give a f**k about Nitori but I'd hate it if Anna becomes miserable because of this dork and in such scenario, I'm afraid that I have to raid the author's house and set it in flame to vent my anger so I really really hope that Anna will be happy, at least until the end of the anime and then I might/might not give a shit about the manga if it were to take the route that I fear of. I will even go as far as giving GDO 300 yen if GDO can grant my modest wish.... |

| Yeaaah, this is part I'm waiting for. Nitorin and Anna is the pairing I really like in the manga because of their pretty cute unusual relationship and there will be more though why is this anime just 11 episodes. :( ...and I don't like how Takatsuki being a dumped bitch (though she isn't really dumped but it looks like she MAD!) reveal it to Saori so someone also have to feel her pain. Gotta love Saori's bluntness and just expresses how she feels unlike that hypocrite Takatsuki. |

| lolwut is this. It's not surprising for Nitori to have feelings for Anna since this was hinted in previous episodes. But I didn't think he would actually confess lol. And we actually got to see Takatsuki's selfish side in this episode. Breaking the terrible news to Chiba just so she could lessen a little of the hate Chiba has for her. I guess if someone like Chiba was that cold towards me, I can't stand it either. |
| Putting the fact that you can tell they increased the pace a lot i actually loved the episode. I'm always a fan of any actual couple forming, and while it might have been somewhat sudden there was always that weird relationship between the two of them. They look a little weird together, but i think it is a cute couple. While i was rooting for Chiba before i am not sure if i am going to switch fractions yet. Both seem like underdogs at the moment though. |
| I hate how Nitori was freaking out over 3 or 5 pimples...geez...Japanese people must've never seen pimples on eachother's faces or they are just acting really immature...as for Anna and Nitori being together..that made me really mad since I was really rooting for TakatsukixNitori. D; Takatsuki is soo cool T___T, like, she would be my ideal man if she were a man. D; <333 she's so cool I think that Nitori and Anna's relationship isn't going to really last a long time...I mean she seems to be "okay" or "intrigued" with him dressing as a guy...but I don't know any girl who would actually fall in love with a guy who dresses as a girl. For Takatsuki, it's different because she thinks of herself as a boy..but yeah...I just have this hunch that their relationship isn't going to last for very long.. anyways, I can't wait to see what happens in the next episode! :D |
| I don't like Takatsuki one bit. I hate the premise that if you get a girl friend, you can't have any friends that are girls. Of course it's just a lie and Takatsuki is the one that wants to run away from Nitori. I also hate her reasoning for becoming friends with Saori, just because she is lonely. |

| Great ep was unexpected. Nitori as boyfriend seems weird to me. I mean why is he still crossdressing even he has girlfriend? O.o But yeah, he manned up and confessed unlike me when I was that age. Although my main reason was to focus on my studies until now but not that I regret. :D Hope things will be much more interesting from now on. |

| After the whole play mess, I feel like the story's finally picking up. I really like Anna as a character, but I can't help but feel empathetic toward Saori, no matter how twisted she may be. She seems like a simple girl left with an unfortunate twist of fate. |

It’s refreshing to see someone in a real relationship, not the all-too-used “We’re not dating but she’s mine” or something we see in harems and most series. Anna-chan is my favorite~♥ … Saori and Takatsuki are affected and distressed by Nitori’s decision to be on a relationship, aren’t they? Takatsuki’s showing her selfish side and thoughtlessly ignores and it’s colder to him. And Saori it’s taking her depression to the extreme, with the idea of dropping school and all… Seems exaggerated, but suitable; at this age nowadays, most adolescents consider the idea more-than-often, we have to accept it. Doesn’t seem like reconciliation might occur any time soon for these two, even if looking for solace in the love-struck, —not really— rejected each other. They’re getting along just a tad better, at least. Why are there only 4 episodes left? Oh, why? ;__; |
