| The spear hero is back....man, I didn't think he's be relevant again this season but here he is. Same with Malty too. The funny just keeps getting funnier. This episode did kinda feel like a buildup though. And also, it appears this episode gave Filo some spotlight as she was able to bring in a decent amount of attention. But ugh, seeing Malty again was not a pleasant sight to see. |

| I get why Naofumi made S'yne (how do you even pronounce this?) leave the village but he could've taken the money for the food at least. Her looking back at him again and again was funny. Malty: *appears* Everyone's blood: *temperature of the core of the Sun* They went all out on the dancing animation damn. Both Motoyasu and Ren are such clowns but in a bit different ways lmao A blood-boiling episode for sure. I bet the Motoyasu is gonna follow them. |

| With Volume 10 done, we now move into the Fallen Heroes arc! The whereabouts of the Spear Hero Motoyasu have been confirmed, and Naofumi, who was asked by Melty to persuade him, leaves his territory in the care of Eclair and sets out to search for Motoyasu. At the location, Naofumi spots Motoyasu and his companion, Elena. He watches from a distance and notices Elena treating Motoyasu poorly. Naofumi then approaches Motoyasu, expressing his grievances about how he handled the responsibilities of the Legendary Heroes. Motoyasu brushes off Naofumi's words and readies himself for a counterattack. Just as they move to apprehend him, Motoyasu teleports away using his portal spear. It's a relief that Ren is also here. It's nice to see him shouldering the responsibility for his party's loss, even though it's not entirely his fault. That Filo song and dance at the end was absolutely adorable and full of wholesome charm. It seems like Shield Idiot is turning into Filo's devoted admirer. I have a feeling this will end quite amusingly for him, lol. |

| Having a routine is always a good thing to have as it gives one purpose. For the slaves recently freed thats the most important thing. Rishia sure is stuck in a cycle of training between the granny and Eclair though. Man fate has not been kind to the spear hero at all who went from a hero to a vagrant. Taking on a target that large without a plan really was idiotic. Ren's base nature hasn't changed i see. But him being conned by Bitch was a curious twist. Always nice to see Filo perform her songs though. But the effect that it had on the spear hero was unexpected to say the least. Amusing seeing him see Naofumi as Filo's father though. |

| Ren and Motoyasu are back after jobbing out to the Spirit Tortoise last season. Sword's allies were all killed in battle, while Spear's allies realized he was an idiot and abandoned him. It's kind of satisfying seeing them in the same trash position Naofumi started in. Bitch is also back, and now she's seducing Ren. I'll admit, I burst out laughing when she MeTooed Motoyasu. Wasn't laughing so much when Ren actually believed her, though. It's an incredibly stupid decision on Sword's part. In his current state, when he's looking to lash out at anything and everything except himself, he doesn't have the brain cells to realize that teaming up with Bitch won't end any differently for him than it did for Naofumi and Motoyasu. Minor detail here, but having Naofumi deflect the Meteor Sword with just the basic shield was a nice show of the difference in power. Very cool episode, bringing back some of what I loved about the first season. It's got me hooked. |

| It's been a long time in a while since we saw Bitch yet she already made my blood boil. She truly is despicable. Motoyasu is not really any better since he's failed to prevent the Spirit Tortoise and got himself humiliated both by his party members and probably by the people of the kingdom. It's no wonder his party members left him so he desperately tries to search and rejoin with them but of course fails miserably. In a depressed state, Naofumi talks to him and he finally somewhat redeems himself with of course hatred for any other woman other than Filo. Ren isn't much better as he's probably killed his party members as he believes they were in his way and has become obsessed with making himself be seen as the better hero. He has unfortunately fallen for Bitch's manipulation and only time will tell if he can ever become a better person and redeem himself. Don't ever make Raphtalia angry XD  |

| At this point, I'm honestly baffled just how stupid the rest of the cast except Naofumi and his party is. They haven't changed a bit... even the tiniest bit since that first episode back in the very first season. The heroes are as insufferable as they always always were, I mean that sword hero still literally believes Myne's words.. Myne of all people lol. Also, honestly amazing how author kept her and her ways of doing things still the very same.. the very synonym of irredeemable. Great thing Raphtalia punched Motoyasu in the end, as concluding the episode without that would've left a sour taste. |

| The other heroes having zero brain cells are just so annoying. Why would anyone believe Myne she's such a manipulative asshole and that's been proved in the court of law. Not to mention her own mother clearly doesn't trust her. With how fast this show has been going he's probably going to get all the heroes back in Melromarc. I want to like this series but its turning into a generic isekai. Everyone is dumb except Naofumi, he has a bunch of girls surrounding him singing his praises, and his rivals have the iq of toddlers. He was supposed to be the underdog and now is the praised hero, it feels like everything he does he wins at. It just gets boring. Oh well at least they left that green girl back at the camp she was really annoying and brought nothing to the table. |

| I can't believe they doing the conflict from season one again, but now with Ren. I kinda get that Bitch exploits Ren's desperation but his stupidity is really hard to swallow. Oh, she doesn't get punished when she accused Naofumi with the same reasons, she previously got punished for?! So therefore it was be true now lol...nothing fishy going on. Season 3 had a solid start, but it went down hill hard with this episode. I'm so mad. Everything revolving around those other three heros is such a nuisance. But agreed, I wanna see S'yne again^^ |
