Lol i get it. A person's First anime regardless of how good or bad it really was is usually seen as a 10/10 either way. Like my first anime was fruits basket (the original one) which looking back wasn't that good of an adaptation but it's still my favorite either way~
As for Naruto I have more love/appreciation for the characters than the story and while Shippuden put most of the secondary characters on a back burner I still like them. Hinata actually was my favorite character. Because I felt like she had potential to be an actual character heck almost every character had potential for a better storyline but oh well I guess...

Cool! Maybe I'm just stereotyping cuz I assume most shonen fans would stick with the male oriented romance but nice to see some deviation. And yes Ulquiorra was a really good villain not very happy with how his arc ended though... and yep fruits basket is kinda the best shoujo romance in my opinion~ ;);)
Also I just read your bio and wow you really like Naruto (if the Sasuke pfp wasn't obvious enough for me) you really think it's a 10/10 and not nostalgia? I'm not saying it was a bad anime/manga tho~

No worries, it’s been a pleasure to share those experiences with you and haha you give me too much credit honestly. We all have our own problems to deal with. That’s right, anime and friendship are central parts of my life and they’ve played major roles in it. For sure! Hoping we both achieve great things in this new year however big or small.

That’s the marvellous thing about Madhouse Studio, they always know how to deliver each and every year. So when they do adapt something into an anime I always have lots of faith and high hopes for it. That’s one of my favourite aspects of anime and fiction as a whole, when the world building is good it’s like a solid foundation for everything else to thrive you know? It really gets me immersed into the story. I actually just finished 100 Kanojo XDDD. I was pretty shocked for most of it, I wasn’t expecting it to be as extreme as it once was, was expecting just another plain yet bizarre romcom anime but this one definitely surprised me in the most strange ways. I really enjoyed it and I gotta commend them for taking such an overdone genre with overdone tropes and taking it to such lengths. I’ll be watching Undead Unluck once I’ve caught up to Ragna Crimson but even that anime I’ve heard pretty good things of.

Um I do believe NHK is a romcom but I could be wrong, there is definitely aspects of both but I feel like because its known to be a darker kind of romcom it’s not heavily spoken about. I have a feeling you will Love the world God only knows, it’s such an exciting rollercoaster ride and I personally love it to death so hopefully you try them and feel similar emotions. You got that right. I've been through many many hardships, and I'd like to think I managed to overcome it all because of that very mindset. I definitely love this kind of kind of more chilled anime, because we all know how intense Fantasy anime in particular can get. Frieren does a good at balancing that comforting aspect with the action pretty much perfectly. They got me engrossed pretty early on, I think by episode 2 I gave it like a 10 rating. Oooo that's right, the Aura character. I like how they explained like the capabilities of Demons and what makes them so dangerous, they really go hard into the world building as well. But yeah a really good fight, she underestimated Frieren way too much lmao. I've been a huge fan of Madhouse for a while now and when they release anime like this it just goes to show why they're a top studio amongst the industry. I read a chapter of 100 Kanojo a while back too way before the anime was announced, so I've been meaning to try the anime now too. Undead unluck I've heard good things about so I'll be making my way there too eventually. Pluto I finished pretty quickly but yeah, 8 hours is kinda long for sure. I think once I started it I just decided to finish it all and it was quite confusing but I understood the main message. Do you like confusing type anime like this or do you prefer the simpler ones? Although it does definitely look great, you have to pay attention for sure to understand the story. Lmk what your thoughts are on it once you decide to watch!! Enjoy :)

Welcome to the NHK! (this one is pretty dark but powerful messages)
The World God only Knows (Very funny and entertaining one for you)
Kimi ni Todoke (Probably my favourite out of the 3, Very dramatic and emotional but a great story)
