| Ohh, so it was actually a gym XD I thought he found a better place to live... Why...just why Kumatani? He really played along with Usahara even though he knew everything ๐ The fact that their script writer is voiced by Tsuda Kenjiro, it was so funny and satisfying to hear him speak like that XD I died in that Bonjour Man part. How Uramichi-san looked so unenthusiastic but said Bonjour in the most stylish way ๐คฃ How Utano-neesan kept mishearing it as bride groom and wedding, that was kinda over exaggerating. They really got me there about Sayuri-san tho. I literally had the same reaction as Iketeru XD So many things happened in this episode. Even though it's like 24 minutes long, I took like an hour to finish it cuz I just had to replay some scenes because of how funny it was. I'm really gonna miss this show. I hope it receives a second season. Overall 8/10 |
| Really loved this show. Unexpected humor and depressing realism, I like a lot Uramichi and Kikaku. Hoped I saw more about Kikaku and I already miss this little fun moment my day had. Let's go back to a depressing and boring daily life then. Maybe it will have a big success one day and we will see more of it. Never lose hope. Hah. Who am I kidding rn... *sight* that's a 10/10 for me, because...heh... am kinda depressed and loved seeing other depressing char doing their best. |

Basiccake said: what a bittersweet ending to the show. definitely one of my favorites of the season. Life can be rather dark so shows like this make us feel we're not alone. They could always bring back the same characters in a different setting and such... I can't be the only one that wants more... The ED is like a warm hug no? |

| Not much of an escape of reality seeing the pains of adult life here, at least it was highly entertaining. Had some good laughs watching this anime on kids show hosts and their midlife crisis. The jokes involving the innocent yet savage kids and terrified Usahara in the Usao costume were just pure gold in my opinion. |

| Brilliant comedy with dark humour. I couldn't help but laugh almost every episode. With all the fake flags and the situation ending up to normality, they boosted the Slice of Life essence of this show. Nice ending 8+/10 |

I'm glad I picked up this series. As a depressed working adult, most of the characters especially Uramichi are so relatable. Quite rare to find an anime where I actually appreciate many characters Gonna miss the gang. Also, best boy award goes to Kumatani |

| As expected, Uramichi wasn't leaving his job, but it was his local gym that he was quitting rather than smoking as I thought :P They then pull out a whole series of 'finale' scenarios for the show with anticlimactic endings to them in true spirit of the show xD One of those enjoyable series with nothing too much to think about that can be binged or watched every now and again. |

| It was alright, felt like the comedy would have hit more often if they played the scenes more subtle, instead of having so much attention on the dead pan/hopeless faces coupled with the dark backgrounds which appear when somebody, especially Uramichi is in one of those moods. 7/10. Relatable though. |
| The final episode was somewhat funny, but overall it was kinda bland and predictable. This show was disappointing. I was hoping to see them discuss their problems, seeking some professional help for Uramichi's depressing and nihilistic outlook, someone would at least achieve their dream, but no, they do the same repetitive shit for the first half of the season and when they get into the good part in the final few eps, they completely botch it up. Expected more. 6/10 |

Graduated High School in May of 2022. Summer vacation has finally arrived. I have once again regained the power of a new anime fan, being able to watch multiple anime episodes in a day. Time to binge-watch every single anime I can into the night until college arrives. SADGE. SUPER SADGE... College has begun as of Monday, August 30, 2022, so you won't be seeing me much around these parks. See you on weekends, I guess... School me is back. Sigh! I'll at least try for one anime a day with all this course load. |

| This was surprisingly mad enjoyable, loved the relatable jokes even when they're half-assed and for once this wasn't an exaggerated loud screaming characters=funni comedy. Their character-design was one of my favorite parts, not just cuz they're hot as f lol but they actually stand out. | Enjoyed the hell out of this anime in an odd way. I started watching it almost a year ago. I'd watch 1-2 episodes a month just cause life and work getting in the way. The fact it felt so "real" and wholesome made me enjoy it all that much more when I had the time to watch it. Uramichi's smile and breaking the 4th wall wrapped up the show perfectly. I know it's a pipe dream, but I'd love if it'd get a season 2 one day! |

| For a star-studded show with almost all my favourite seiyuu, this anime was disappointing. I expected too much from it and it didn't deliver. Maybe I would have loved it more without the expectations. I won't deny it had its hilarious moments. I liked that. I liked Kumatani in particular. I still don't know the meaning of Iketeru always thinking about onigiri. |

Onigiri of Iketeru is one such subtext. They appear when it comes to things that are very unpleasant to him, or when something disturbing or frightening happens to him (like shooting music videos). Onigiri denote that Iketeru tries not to notice something that upsets him a lot. So it's like onigiri is his comfort food and he thinks about it to distract himself from an upsetting situation? |
