| Rimuru has succeeded in becoming a Demon Lord! Looks like characters who become a Demon Lord acquire and evolve skills. Those close to Rimuru will also do a little leveling up. Glad to see Rimuru acquire another trusty subordinate and revive those who lost their lives during the invasion. |

| This episode was masterfully done. Laughing and clapping at the continued, merciless slaughter of the Falmuth knights, the confident Head Knight running out, only to get one-shot. The awe of Diablo making his first appearance before Rimuru after some small teases in the previous OVAs, the evolution of all Rimuru's skills and new skills. The curiosity of how this Great Sage evolution will eventually play out (comments seeming to say she's actually a new seperate character now instead of just a voice in Rimuru's head). And finally the tearing up as STORYKEEPER plays to accompany the resurrection sequence, ending with the slight twitch of Shion's hand, and opening of her eyes :') |

| This episode was so good in every aspect. Seeing the blonde otherworlder get his brains blowed out was so satisfying, rimuru's evolution into a demon lord was amazing as well. |

| I have to admit, seeing the knight going from speaking to the King of Falmuth one second, then running 3 steps and then getting killed from Rimuru's Megiddo blast literally 2 seconds later made me laugh out loud! XD Aside from that one comedic moment, this episode continued to show how brutal Rimuru was with his Megiddo attack, showing no mercy whatsoever to his enemies and he even went as far as to rip off the King of Falmuth's arm as well. Not only was his transformation sequence, along with the great sage also changing into Raphael at the same time, truly epic, but the appearance of Diablo working under him was also pretty hype. His fighting skills are no joke as he toyed with the survivor of Rimuru's earlier attack with ease. Finally, although it was in the last 3 seconds of the episode, we get to see Shion's eyes open up once more. That moment was done perfectly and I do look forward to the next episode when (hopefully) everyone else wakes up as well. |

| Simply amazing! Got to see Megiddo once more, but this also with the Knight getting one shotted after saying "I'll gather all the soldiers".That cracked me up. The whole evolution sequence was goosebumps all over. Those red eyes are simply amazing, but I feel they are not here to stay unfortunately. Shion is back alive!! Hell yeah! |

| Notice (heh) that once the Great Sage evolved to Raphael, their voiced changed, and you can hear a difference when you compare the "Next time, 'whatever the next ep title is'" from this ep and last ep. I find the new voice more nicer. |
| Overlord fans crying in a corner now. This has turned into the ultimate power fantasy, but its well made so its fine. I personally like shows with consequences and high stakes more so I would have prefered it if the revival failed or their souls were lost like in the lore before, but that wouldnt fit the nature of the show I guess. I hope we will see jailbate demon lord milim again, she was in the OP after all. PS: I had hopes that atleast the mage would put up a fight but of course that didnt happen either. |

| Finally an episode that's not ass. I'm still salty about how everyone's being revived so none of the tension even mattered though and they'll never be able to save this season no matter what direction the story goes from here. At least most of the episode this time was pretty engaging. 8.5/10 |
| What is happening at 23:09-23:10 (when demon picks up rimuru slime) theres a swallowing sound while the demon has his back to us. i read the wn but forgot if it was there and/or had any significance. |
| Seeing Rimuru mercilessly kill the entire army, and then getting an insane power boost and evolution was amazing. The Archdemon is going to be an interesting to watch because I feel like he is going to have an important role to play soon, seeing as we got our first glimpse of him back in season 1. Seeing Shion open her eyes again made me quite happy. |

| Absolutely fantastic episode, easily the best one will date. Just glorious, immensely satisfying and plain awesome. Watching Rimuru ascend was so damn cool. New Demon character gives off Sebastian vibes. xD Can't wait to see everyone's reaction next episode and I'm also hoping that everyone connected to Rimuru gets some kind of evolution as part of the gift. |

| This episode was totally awesome! Rimuru finally evolving into a demon lords and getting a huge amount of new skills. At this moment I wonder if they will explain or show all of them, it would be interesting. I also can't wait to see what are the gifts that all the monsters received. Also, when did those demons become loyal to Rimuru? I can't remember at all if it happened in the anime. |

| i actually cried at the end of this episode. Yeah it was obvious he was going to revive everyone but seeing Shion open her eyes...man I just started crying because I was so happy! Those Archdemons are awesome!!! I really loved the designs. Too bad 2 of the 3 were sacrificed, but the remaining one is cool looking. Can't wait for the King to get his. Demon lord RIMURU! |

I wish the King and his close aides were actually regal, brave and somewhat strong like you'd expect a king and his knights and top 'wizards' to be. Even if they are scummy it still brings meaning to the world of Kingdoms and how the people at the top are noteworthy in strength, skill, wisdom, intelligence etc. Why? Because when Rimuru defeats those of great talent, then their acknowledgement of Rimurus strength is meaningful and when Rimuru decides the characters life or death, it has value. If the king was strong but scummy, sparing him may be a struggle to Rimuru because he hates the king, but the King has the knowledge and experience to raise and mobilise an army of 10,000+ who will fight to the death. Go to an ants nest and stomp on all the ants you see, pick a few up and put them in a glass cup and tell me how meaningful it was. That is the equivalent of this arc. Like well done Rimuru, you really showed them.... I have to agree with you on a lot of this, I feel the way the villains were depicted was pretty cliche and were only made that way so they could focus on Rimuru’s transformation to becoming even more overpowered lol. I did enjoy the episode but I do have issues with it like I said, and I also don’t like the direction they took Diablo, didn’t know he was planned to be a simp for Rimuru lol |

Best girl Raphael on the scene too, seems unreal to finally get her animated. Such a great episode, 8bit really made those recap/slow episodes worth it with the past two eps. One more ep to go in the cour, time has flown by this season. Looking forward to the finale and volume 6! Diablo,Raphael,the music,the animation,all of it was well worth the wait(esp Shuna just before she fell asleep,she was gorgeous).And the build up to Shion's eyes opening,wow,I have to say it,I shed a tear! Even Benimaru's smile when Raphael told him to sleep was sublime. This anime has gone from strength to strength from start to finish,I can't wait to see what happens from here. |
