| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- This was cute. We got the girls in the first episode with Chocola and Vanilla featured prominently in a slice of life-ish setting. The other characters also got introduced when they were cooking together. I'm not surprised to see the cat behavior from some of them, especially Coconut. A very cute show indeed. |

| So many cat girls. It was nice to watch tho it seems one of them picked up a stray. Another fact which should be noted is that the only male character so for has they same voice as a certain annoying harem main, which is a shame seen the type of anime this is. Other than that this was pretty nice. |

| So they packed most of the origins and introductions into the first episode which wasn't good. Hopefully future episodes suck less, but I doubt it. Another disappointment on an overwhelmingly disappointing season. |

Not that I'm complaining though. I'm actually quite glad it's not just a simple copy-paste VN adaptation. Iether way, it's fun to see all our cat girls from La Soleil once again animated. :3 |

| Very pleasantly surprised with how wholesome this turned out despite coming from a hentai. Definitely found my senko san of the season. Genuinely a really cute and relaxing plot. Chocola and Vanlilla are adorable. |

Like it's not a terrible slice of life show by itself but the fact remains that this is an adaptation of a game where the main appeal is basically breeding your horny catgirls. So trying to convert that into an all-ages moe haven is a bit weird from a design standpoint lol |

| Oh, this looks like a sequel to the OVA, I didn't expect that. Anyway, this is cute but like with the OVA, which I really enjoyed, I feel that it lacks something. It's only the first episode and at least it has some fanservice, so we'll see. i'm glad this finally aired! Alot of the voice actors sound exactly like in the vn and it feels like a nice side story. The quality feels a bit less than what I had hoped for, but any seeing Azuki is great for me! |
| It's was pretty good for a moe slice of life Anime. Nice start with many wholesome catgirls! Definitely to stay for this season, but definitely feels like I am missing out on a lot, cause the visual novel is known for a lot more than just moe... I will start thinking to buy the visual novels as the season progresses with each episode. It's never too late for anything! |

| I won't deny that one of the reasons why I decided to watch NekoPara was because of the popularity of the Visual Novel and the, ahem, hentai shots from it...... So I came into this series, expecting some form of showy fanservice in this first episode. Surprisingly, that wasn't really the case and the episode was mainly filled with cute reactions from the likes of Chocola, Coconut, Vanilla and the other catgirls and some funny moments, too. Whether the anime will stay with this pattern of not, who knows. One thing for sure is that I'll be enjoying this 12 episode series from start to finish. Good start. =) |
