| Most of the time I do prefer anime over tv series. But I love both anime and movies. They bring the same joy into my being. There is no better than the other for those two for me. |

| Yes, I too prefer anime over tv series. It mostly has to do with the distinct, pleasing art-style and enjoying the hand-drawn characters being brought to life. I am not much of a movie buff nor tv show buff, although I do check them out only when recommended by others. |

| Anime is TV shows and movies. (And OVAs etc.) Comparing it with Western cinema and television, then, sort of. I certainly watch more anime nowadays than I watch everything else combined, but other stuff is still an important part of the landscape, and without it, I would not have a balanced televisual diet. There's nothing outside of anime which provides what (at least the vast majority of) the 8-10s on my list provide, but there's nothing in anime which provides what the likes of Doctor Who, Yes Minister, Brass Eye, the Attenborough 'Life' series, Monty Python, QI etc. provide. |
| I've pretty much stopped watching any TV, and I don't really care to watch these movies that come out, so yea I guess I kind of do. anime and my PS4/PC and hiking (sometimes) are my main hobbies. |

I don't watch any live action series and I rarely watch TV (and if I do, it's usually Cartoon Network or some sports channel), but I do love to watch some movies sometimes on DVD, in cinema etc. Mostly some classics or things you don't really see in anime, like war dramas and westerns. |

| 98% of time I prefer anime. But that 2% has movies like Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Saving Private Ryan, Soylent Green, Silence of the Lambs. And some TV shows as well. You get my point. But anime is my number one form of entertainment after video games and reading books. |

I only watch TV n movies when I'm at someone's house n for some reason sometimes I just join to watch something I might be interested in cuz it's more fun to watch movies together. If I were home alone I'd ditch the TV. |
| TV Shows & Movies, definitely. As I said on a similar topic, I only ever started watching an abundance of Anime because there was never enough of my kind of TV shows keep me occupied. And when I say "my type", I usually mean stuff in the Fantasy genre, or anything supernatural-esque. Some Sci-Fi as well, but yeah. Some of my favorite (currently airing) TV shows would be Game of Thrones, Vikings, Supernatural, Into The Badlands, The 100, and all of the Netflix Marvel shows, etc. |

| Not particularly, no. It's just that I know my way around the anime scene a lot better than I know my way around live-action TV shows and stuff. Like, I don't have a big PTW list for live-action TV like I do for anime. The PTW for live-action TV basically consists of Veronica Mars which I've wanted to watch for years but never gotten around to, and that's it. I also don't watch movies with any regularity. Like, I occasionally do, but even anime movies are rare for me to watch. Though over my lifetime I've watched more western movies. |
