| I hated Ichigo until this last episode, now I like her more than Zero Two. I just don't like 02's personality.... 'Weaklings die' 'Darling is mine' but if Hiro was to die she wouldn't give a damn. Also, Goro x Ichigo ship. |

| I mean, I declared Zero Two to have been my favorite girl of the season and my contender for best girl of the year since the first episode. That still hasn't changed even now. The character development for Ichigo is gonna have to be real good or appeal to me really strongly for me to actually have to think and decide who I like more. |

| I'll go with 02. I find her more interesting. I do admit that at first I found Ichigo to be kinda bland, but she's growing on me a little. Hope we will see better development for her later on. |

| I rather pick the free spirit that does not obey a cultic society and has a grasp of what's going on in this world. Unlike 015, Zero Two knows what she wants and does not easily give up to get it. I don't wanna wait for someone to find out what she wants in life and what sides she takes, I want someone who knows her place in the world already and does what she needs to do. Zero Two goes also extremely far to awaken Hiro's potential as she offered him to do so in Episode 1 and we see the results in Episode 5, she's saving him. This, and the fact that the Chinese Jian theme ( one winged bird ) between them is beautifully done is already reason enough for me. Zero Two all the way, though I'll learn to love Ichigo as the leader person of her squad eventually. I'm sure. |

Umm, based on 2ch, the popularity is the other way around in Japan. She has an appreciation thread with lots of positive comments about her character. Or are you venting your frustration on those who wrote the story for including such a sacrificial character like her? She has far greater role than just a sacrifice though. She is someone who holds all the team members together. Everyone respects her as their leader. In any case, I thought you said in the other thread that you don't have any plan to see this anime. Why rant? |

| Well none of them has had any actual depth or development so far but anyway for me it's definitely Ichigo. She's been officially family-zoned but I like seeing her coming to terms with her feelings and how she deals with being the third wheel, realizing her love is unrequited. It's interesting. Plus she is more emotional and introverted, which are traits I generally like. Zero Two seems like a playful (in the good way) and sweet girl but eh idk. I don't really like her behavior so far. Maybe she'll grow on me along the way. It would be nice if we got some monologue or something because so far we have Hiro's annoying ''uwu poor Zero Two she's been alone for so long'' |
