I'm curious as to what we'll be seeing as the manga gets a little .... weird, I guess. But this is the best news I've heard in a long ass time. Now we need a second season for Flying Witch. Someone suggested me that after I downloaded the opening and ending (which appeared to me in the site where I usually download anime music) and I was pleasantly surprised with how good it was. AN ANIME WITH LOLIS THAT DOESN'T SEXUALIZE THEM, AND WITH A GENUINELY GOOD STORY. As for Flying Witch, I never watched it. Tbh, it was only 1 point, not 2(would've rated it 6). I'm thinking of rating it up to 6 because I started diving and it actually does a great job at depicting it. Because I didn't find her to be funny? I mean, her brother doesn't even do anything, and she hits him for literally no reason. He's just being a sponge for accepting to be treated that way, but still. If it really gets on my nerves, I'll take it into account, and I don't know why it bothered me more in Amanchu than in Toradora, when the latter clearly has more girl-hitting-dude scenes. As for Flying Witch, it's a really good iyashikei, so if you're into that genre(you must be if you're into Amanchu! I guess), it should appeal to you. |

Ah, but apparently he's still listed as Chief Director, which is the same position he held in the first season. As long as he's supervising everything I think it'll be fine. It's true that Kasai has a generally more solid track record than Sayama, but at the same time she has worked on several different projects with Sato before, so chances are they have akin sensibilities and understand each other well. I'm not too worried tbh. |
