| I too have that feeling Tak knows what he does at night but no idea at the skills he possesses at street racing could help save the turf his friends long to keep. Still working on the whole car lingo at stuff. So far it's proven not much but bound to get better. |
| Seeing his car i almost burst into celebrations. I never actually had the car, difficult to find it anyway in my parts of the world but that was the first car i bought in Grand Turismo games and always improved and trying to get it to be competitive even with a lot bigger beast that no improvement on a small car like that can reach by driving better and better. I spend so much hours virtual driving it and trying to pull times out of it that i feel connected to it even though i never had the real thing. Btw i don't get it. If he likes to drive like crazy around the mountain bents why doesn't he get how they can feel excited about it? Does he supposedly do it only so he can deliver tofu fast? I doubt it. He probably likes going all out. P.S - Racing advice: Drifting doesn't actually make you go faster and it destroys your tyres. I like driving around awesome twisty roads but i like going fast not drift.Drift is just for show it doesn't help speed although you might drift a little because of over-steer and under-steer when you have much speed into corners, but you try to minimize that so you can be fast. Besides changing tyres every few weeks is expensive as hell. This guys of course may be drifting because they try to keep their speed high without stepping on the brakes which actually can give you speed on the approach of a corner but most times a small twitch on the brakes and back up to full gas with the car properly positioned will more than make up for the loss of speed for hitting the brakes since while the car is sideways and drifting they lose a lot of speed too and probably have lower speed on the exit. |

| Came in expecting to not like it. Came out completely excited and wanting more. The music is great. Except the ending, which I found a bit strange. And I still have 4 seasons after this one!! :D |

| Finally decided to give this a shot. This is my first exposure to the franchise so obviously my first time ever watching the series. Very decent OST and OP song so far. Dat cliffhanger. I like the intensity of this show so far though. |

| Very lovely first episode, the episodic pacing is very good, it seems that you're watching longer episodes but it doesn't matter as at every point it is interesting! With that said, this sure was a promising first episode! Looking forward for the rest of this series will offer us! |

| I thought the first 18 minutes were decent, but it got much better in the ending scenes. I do find it strange that the MC got scared, but he is a pretty good driver himself. I guess he just doesn't other people behind the wheel? |

| Nice start, Takumi is an interesting character. He seemed not to care about racing or cars at all, but even I was getting fired up by the end, that drift was sick. lol I loved the little twist that the one making the deliveries was Takumi all along, I guess he learned to drive like that with his father. I can't wait for that showdown with the Red Suns because I guess it's safe to assume that he's getting involved. |

| i started this anime only cause of a challenge and i wasn't expecting much from this anime tbh, and after watching half of the epi, i still wasn't liking it that much, i didn't like the bg music when they were normally talking but then the rest of the epi happened. and the Eight-six car happned, i'm totally hooked rn ;v |

| This was much better than I expected. Since this anime is constantly being meme'd and the CGI looks kinda bad, I was expecting something more cheesy and boring. But characters seem to have substance and CGI looks better in motion. Music is sick as always. There seems to be usual sports anime drama so I hope it does not get too repetitive. Can't wait to see what happens next. |

| Holy shit this episode was fire. Whole episode was filled with excitement. Even though it's such an old anime the animation isn't terrible, there's use of CGI but it isn't distracting, everything's nice to look at. The OP, ED and OST's are really great too. Can't wait to watch more! |

| That was fun to watch And bro the AE86 is a cool car and no way Takumi didn’t realize he was driving an 86 either way him driving on Mt. Akina every day probably made him unaware of the excitement of driving or racing I only just started becoming interested in cars because soon I’m about to learn how to drive and get my license but when I was alone I actually drove the car real quick just to get a better understanding and it was exciting but calm at the same time you know what I mean |
