| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Guri is actually a lot more cuter than I had thought. I got what I expected from the first episode although I'm not impressed by the animation style of this yet. They got the personalities of the characters right on most parts although I find Seiji a bit annoying at times. They jumped the premise pretty fast with this and didn't waste time with a kiss already. Another guilty pleasure of the season. Should be an amusing ride. Haha, yandere Akane  |

| The manga was funny as hell i didn't expect it to get animated tho but it's worth watching. Then again anything with a yandere is worth watching, this was great!! Hopefully the next episodes will be nice as well. |

| They're really rushing through this aren't they? That was some really fast pacing, though I guess with this kind of content it might work out decently anyway (kinda like the Prison School adaptation) In any case that was just as hysterical as the manga and I enjoyed it quite a lot. I kinda started to lose interest in the manga a bit after a couple volumes but hopefully the anime will keep things up for 1 cour at least |

| I had expected it to be rather lackluster, but lo and behold the one-episode rule (ain't nobody got time for the 3-ep one) actually came across as useful this time 'round. It was lighthearted, genuinely funny, and most importantly: didn't even attempt to treat itself seriously. Maybe it was a bit frantic, but this kind of overwrought pacing suits the formula rather well. The show'd got obnoxious and boring with a toned-down pace, so the gotta go fast mode was a good call. I really hope they can keep at it for the rest of the cour, 'cause it was a really rad way to lead off. |

| I love parodies and even if this isn't a straight up parody it's got all the elements of one- the blatant rip off of Death note, tropes like yandere and the forbidden love, it's brilliant. I was expecting a pretty average show but from that first episode alone it could become a favourite of mine. |

| Hilarious first episode. This is my first time watching a show with a yandere. Based on Akane, they are very crazy. Guri is quite funny with her antics. Poor Seiji got caught up into them. The Kiss Note is interesting. Now everyone is in a four-way. |

| Woah,this one hit like a tidal wave and didn't pull the breaks one bit ~ I hope it doesn't either, since these types of shows rely on fast paced gags & parodies one after the other for their entertainment value and slowing down is the last thing it wants to do. Surprisingly fun and it can stay that way as long as it doesn't loose steam. |

Feels like a Yamada-kun // Jitsu wa mashup. I think it'd benefit from keeping things more linear and evenly-paced, though. I can't even tell how many days went by. Sort of a "Wait, this is episode one, isn't it?" vibe. lol |

| Ah, I love mischievous comedy shows like these. Progressing pretty fast. Akane's got a bit much bouncing going on too. Love Guri, she just makes me smile every time she does something. Been a while since I've read the manga. |
