| i don't like the OP but it's tons better than last season's. but what i really like are the visuals. dazai being "comical" isn't grating anymore but is dark humour instead. at this point dazai being silly is the same as joker laughing. he really is a intimidating, dark and even frightening character. there's actual real deaths that he himself has done and ordered to be done. his death count is surely racked up high. the intense, almost anxiety ensuing BGM is what adds even more to this. aku, i feel, would have been added more interest to dazai if it was revealed that dazai was actually afraid of him. but this route is just fine. odasaku is dead? oh man...pretty stupid of him to touch the ball or whatever. i had assumed it was a bomb, i would have ran away from it. ------ DenyDrago said: I'm afraid I won't see atsushi this season. | Oda met Dazai and Dazai told him that Mimic is a foreign organization with supernatural powers that are looking for something in Japan, Mafia Boss ordered Dazai to prepare a counter attack, also Dazai is guessing that Ango betrayed Port Mafia. Mimic soldiers fell in Dazai's trap. Dazai went to interrogate them, but something happened and Akutagawa ended killing them, Dazai punished him and looking for a clue discovered their hideaway. Dazai called Oda to inform him and Oda went there, he found Ango tied to a chair and they both escaped from the ruins, Oda fell in a trap and got poisoned, Ango escaped with some soldiers. (Ango is a double spy Port Mafia-Mimic). Nooooo, so Oda is going to die now. Dazai is a rude boss, despite his childish personality at times, he knows how to do his job. I'm liking how the events are being narrated and that only a few characters are in the center of the plot, that makes it more digestible and easy to follow. I don't think the hole season is gonna be about the past. |

| Another great episode. The opening is also 10/10, better than the first one, but I already knew that since I've been listening to the first 2 openings for a long time. Rip Odasaku though, I really liked him. |

| I really loved these 2 episodes. So fire. Dazai was, even tho still the same weirdo, such a force to be reckoned with while in Port Mafia. Seeing how he dealt with Akutagawa back then was really something. And I really like Odasaku, he really stole the show. I doubt this will be the last we see of him. He’s a great character. And Ango u little bitch!!!!!!!! Amazing ED by Luck Life as always♡ |

| Dazai didn't change that, after from Port Mafia now in Agency he still like he is. Suicide obsession and well a bit badass tho. The informan from Port Mafia, will be searching. |

| It'll be disappointing for Oda to die like this, but we see him in the preview of the next episode, so he's alive, unless it's a flashback in a flashback somehow. |
| It's hard to tell what side Ango is really on. Couldn't they have shot Oda while he was lying incapacitated from the poison? |
