| This show is... interesting. I feel like... I'm Ryuk and I found Light Yagami... So damn interesting and entertaining. Will definitely follow this show. All the characters are lovable so far ^_^ |

| Very interesting. I really like the art style. Watching in 720p i think, 780MB was the first episode so yeah i think it's 720p, subs are fine too. Maybe I'll watch 1 episode each day and catch up. I really liked Bakemonogatari, let's see how more of this unfolds. |

| a lot of dialogue... but I can deal. After a while, the animation grew on me! I like the whole 45min+ episodes they've decided to do with this... It's like an epic miniseries. I'm not inlove with the plot/story but I liked this enough to keep watching! |

| The start of a great story! (I hope) This has already captivated me. The only thing I don't like is how Shichika suddenly falls for Togame and immediately says he loves her, and it doesn't look like they'll let up on that by the preview (getting frisky already? Man...) |
| As soon as Togame said something she reminded me of Nanoha; sure enough when I checked they have the same seiyuu. An ok first episode, really like the OP as well. Expecting this to only get better. |

| First I was like "oh wow, this is quite long for a 24min episode" not noticing the timebar at the bottom, towards the end though, I was like HOLY SHITE ITS 50 MINUTES LONG. Seems interesting for now, too much talking I agree to an extent since it didn't really annoy,bore or tire me out. Yet. |

| This look unexpectly great, at first glance i though its some kind of story of Fairy ppl hehe but thats just caused by this unusual arts with weird eyes. Also I like fact that eps lenght si actully up to 50 minutes instead of usuall 24 , That itself makes this show long as usual 24 eps anime thus more space for story |

| Didn't mind the dialogue, actually. But what an enemy... TALKS SO DAMN MUCH. Some of the conversations, I did feel was only dry humor. Majority was backstory though, so not really pointless. I'm not too fond of the fact that it's 50 mins long each episode. I was looking forward to watching a 12 episode anime, but it's more like 24 eps now. Oh well. I'll see how this continues. Great opening. |

| For being the first episode I really loved the pacing of this anime. I'm already pulled into the story. =o The drawing style is very refreshing too, it seems to really fit their personalities. |
| Ummm yeah , the fact that each episode has 50 minutes is a pain in the ass , there's too much babbling and I couldn't get everything , but the animation is cool and the story sounds interesting , the battle are badass too , so I might watch it . No promises tough . |

| Interesting start of this Anime this can rather get interesting very soon, seeing how much episode there are and how long these episodes take I'm sure it will be one sword per episode! Lets have a look what will come on their route to find the 11 remaining swords! Great start I must say 9/10 |

| Loved the first episode. I love the clean style, and the humor seems to be to my liking. Also, Yukari Tamura = win. Loved how she adopted the mannerisms and cadence of the ninja guy when he became her. She's such a great VA. Oh, and the soundtrack - immediately noticeable as a standout. I can tell this is an OST that I will want. |

| Looks really interesting. The artstyle is quite unique but still very appealing. And Togame looks really nice :D She is cute and her personality seems good, too. They already told her background story which is quite sad but I wonder about the purpose of her purple eye :D 50 min episodes ftw, I thought it would be over too soon with only 12 episodes, but I was wrong there :D |
| I have no idea why actually started this. It's probably the story to a lesser extent and mainly the character desgin and the art style. I just find it appealing. I especially like Togame's design. I actually didn't know at first that this was also written by the same guy who wrote the monogatari series. Well, at first I thought because of the similar names, but then I thought it wasn't (I think it was because of no sequels/prequels) and only know found out that it actually is :D The funny thing though, is that I didn't really like Bake/Nisemonogatari. I gave a 6 to the first one and a 7 to the latter. This one on the other hand already started out much better than either of those. I think this was a pretty good first episode. I already like the characters (I also have to note that I'm really happy that Togame's voice is Tamura Yukari). And like I said, the story seems interesting so far. The long dialogues would be a bit too much, but I'm already kind of prepared after watching Bake and Nisemonogatari. I'm looking forward to watching this. Btw, I really hope that they will actually get together :) |

| There's waaaaayyyyyy too much talking in that episode, and the only bad thing is that MOST of it was relevant. That's a lot of shit to remember, HOWEVER, the tale told by Togame about Shikizaki and the swords he forged was rather interesting, and her reason behind him fighting along side her was also.....interesting, but appropriate given the circumstances regarding her other alliances she's made with others who betrayed her. I really like the art style in this. It's different, and easy on the eyes, and so is Togame. >dem red eyes >dat looooonnngggg white hair >those legs That "ultimate secret technique" that Shichika performed on Koumori was pretty fucking rad. Too bad, it took more than 45 minutes to finally see it. I give this episode a 8/10 yey. Now let's just hope the rest of the episodes aren't going to be LOADED with dialogue. |

| So. That's a lot of talking. But it must have been interesting enough (if a bit tiresome at times) because I didn't even realize the episode was 50 minutes long until I saw someone mention it and went to check. XD I think the ninja looks incredibly lame. And storing stuff in your body is disgusting. Mnyah. Geh. Ew. Just stuffs his hand down his throat and then everything comes out all drippy... and... just how is he keeping all of that in there, really? ^^; It's a stupid thing to get caught up on, I know, but I can't help it. Also, Shichika listens well. Togame says: "You'll fall for me." One fight later: "I fell for you." ^^; Well, whatever. So it didn't develop well, at least the show isn't trying to hide the fact. Maybe it will become real love as the series goes on. I think he doesn't even know what love is, since he can't even tell two people apart. :p And what's up with leaving your sick sister alone on the island? Though Nanami suddenly didn't seem so fragile, going out to the cliff and whatnot. Maybe he was really just babying her? I hope she doesn't just poof out of the series. She was pretty interesting, actually. And calls him a child, and not very strong... makes me wonder just how strong she is? ^^ Love the art, love the music! :3 I'll watch the rest. |

| People who are complaining about the dialogue should just drop it now.. the writer of this series is known for having a lot of dialogue and word plays. Just like his most popular series, bakemonogatari. |

| Talking too much is fun as long as it's interesting. And it is. I loved it. Great visuals, pretty colors. And that sudden confession reminded me of Hitagi's confession to Koyomi lol. |

| It was a cool episode. A lot of talking. I like the art style, the eyes design is original. Shichika stupidity and naivety is funny. Togame was cool too, her ignorance and her domination complex is cute. The voicing was a bit odd, it was often monotone. I understand that it was to show Shichika rustic side, but it was sometime annoying. I didn't really understood all the story behind the two families and what that eye of Togame is, but it look promising. I'm looking forward for this show, I always have loved katanas :3 |

| Well finally decided to watch this anime. There seems to be a lot of dialogue like in Spice and Wolf. Although the dialogue in Katana has annoyed me a bit more so far. We'll see how the rest goes. |
