 The official site for the upcoming anime adaptation of Mimana Orimoto's motorcycle manga Bakuon!! has announced that the series will premiere in Spring 2016. In addition to the premiere date, the site announced that Reina Ueda will play the role of main character Hane Sakura. A key visual (pictured above) was also revealed. Bakuon!! revolves around high school girls who discover the appeal of motorcycles. The series currently has six volumes published since it was serialized in Young Champion Retsu magazine in 2011. The previously announced introductory OVA for the series will be released with the seventh volume of the manga, to be released on March 18. Source: Official site |

Ps, there's a difference between something like "I wanna be the Strongest in the World" and "Free!". One is very story focused and has character development and the other is just flying tits and ass without any intent to tell a story. |

There's no show with just pretty boys on bikes. Even Yowapeda has a plot. Sports Anime with all female casts typically turn out badly because it lacks the adrenaline and is instead more focused on panning a shot to a girl's ass or tits. Any Sports Anime with a male cast would at least be a Shounen and have more focus on the story + characters, including Free!. She's saying that this show probably won't turn out to be a normal Sports Anime and will turn into loli bait with a sports setting. |
