| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Cracking nuts to ease frustration eh? So that's our finale? Well a simple end to a simple little show I guess. Not much to say when it was so short. I liked Wakako, the opening, and the food. A longer runtime woulda required an expanded story, but I woulda been for it. As it is, this was like a small treat each week. 7/10 |

| Ok, This is my favorite Short of the season. It's great learning about the different foods of Japan, and drinks that go with them. I know one day I would like to try all of this. Seriously, life goals. I would watch a season 2. 8/10 |

| Short of the Season :), an interesting anime, the art was so simple but the goal of the whole thing was food and they did a well job after all, 4.5/10. |

| I expected something fancier for the last episode, but hey, the theme totally fits the show, just enjoy the food and forget everything else. Overall, I liked the show a lot, especially the fact they showcased some less-known food, not the cliche ones. Gonna miss Wakako. |
| Totally enjoyed the series. Shows the joy of eating alone, and having new interesting ways and combinations to have meals with sake. Learned alot from this! Solid 7 from me! Also, Sawashiro's voice was perfect for the role. |

| Bring on Season 2! A definite 8 for me. So relaxing and enjoyable. And it makes me want to visit Japan to eat the foods Wakako ate. |

| Great short anime. Miyuki Sawashiro doing one of her more unique voices + crazy delicious food = Give me more seasons please. I legitimately learned how to cook karaage after the karaage episode because I couldn't take it any more. And yes, it is absolutely delicious (I may have cooked it too much over the past few weeks). |

| This could go on and on and I wouldn't mind. It had such a cozy atmosphere which felt nothing short of lovable. I thought it would be ending with a baaam, but ending on a calming note seems just as well. One of the best shorts for sure. |

| Sad. So sad there is no more. I'll go crack some nuts to relieve frustration. Loved this anime. Savoured every episode to the max. I'm still unsure how to properly rate series, but i'm seriously tempted to give it a 10/10. |

| This series turns out to be a great stress reliever. I wish I watched this every week instead of leaving it for marathon, though marathoning it isn't so bad either. I really like the protagonist of this series, Wakako, I would marry her if I could haha, a woman who enjoys life by eating, a girl who can, and know how to eat is a great woman. (imo) Wouldn't mind a second season, I thoroughly enjoyed this one. 8/10 Xalren said: It's actually the opposite. "I like this little series, 4.5/10 because shorts don't deserve anything more". |

| I have never tasted hazelnuts Ginkgo, who knows if they are good, however, that the slip nuts is an activity to clear your mind is true, I can confirm it. Too bad that the series is finished, I would like more advice by Wakakoe other curiosities about Japanese foods. Anime short but nice, I love the character of Wakako, why give him one more point about the vote. Ah! Pshuu = 0.5 vote 6+1+0.5/10. |

| I'll miss Wakako and her pyushuus... It was a nice anime to watch alongside doing other little stuff like encoding and saving images. Focusing on a little thing like breaking nuts can help you forget about life's troubles for a little while and you can get little something out of it too~ |

| I wish there were more, but I guess anime like this are just samplers for the slice of life manga they are adapted from. Time to read the manga, lol. |
