Mm so I guess this show has no age limit when it comes to game contestants. Looks like an old lady gets involved this episode.

Glad to see more focus on Onna again as well in that card game. While not exciting as the previous two episodes, I liked this one as it had some symbolism on those cards. As usual, the flashback/background stories develop over the game. Interesting :> with the way the artwork style was developed.

Interesting... but Decim really needs to slowly pull the memories from Onna it seems. Weird.

A time limit for humans that are there, makes me so interested in that Ginti would have to face this with Mayu too.

Seeing an old lady being part of a game, I'm glad the game wasn't like most of the other games that had occurred.

Old maid filled with nostalgia, the old lady's gentle, kind words and also about looking things from an optimistic point of view.

Learning Onna's name with it being Chiyuki (young Onna ftw!). A rather warm episode with it being interesting at the same time.

Oculus :/ I'm still looking forward to Nona being a bigger part of it and now that Oculus found out, it might just happen.

A light episode to last weeks intense episode. Nona finds out her name and is slowly crumbling away. The grandma that was married to the grandpa from death billards. So that old man that always playing billards is suspicious. Good things are coming to a close. Cant wait for next episode.

Way better than the last episode and i liked 95% of this episode except the ending. "please tell me everything" about what? How to have human emotions, About yourself or is it him asking her to tell him everything she knows about potted plants?
in all though it was a good episode 4/5

Welp, I'm convinced that old man who went to the void somehow killed her, there's too much mystery still surrounding that OVA.

I find it odd that arbiters are built to understand language and words from the onset, but are not built to automatically know what an arbiter is. Then again, they're not supposed to have emotions, when at the very least Ginti, the beer chick and Decim clearly have them. I'll just assume arbiters use to be humans, until directly revealed.

What a heartwarming ep after the last intense one :)

She's the Death Billiards old man's wife :O

Chiyuki is Onna's name then? Loli Chi-chan is kawaiii <3

Oculus is one hell of a shady guy. WTH is wrong with that beard XD And Ginti looking friggin creepy at the end there too :O

Wondering what did Decim mean by "Plz tell me everything" :O ??

Now that Decim mentioned it, the "extreme conditions" probably aren't showing the existing darkness of human souls but creating it at the spot. If that's the case, then the fundamental of judgement has been unjust from the beginning.

Granny Sachiko was pretty benign and optimistic as well. I like how calm she was even after figuring out that she's in the afterlife. Looks like Grandpa from Death Billiards was her husband.
Loli Chiyuki was kawaii! Her mom was good looking too! Such a shame she died quite early..

Oculus is almost acting like an antagonist now. He'll be on the move soon, since he now learned about Decim growing some human emotions.

Good episode. As much as I'd like for Chiyuki and Mayu to stay, they should be judged soon before crumbling away.

EDIT: What is up with the poll!? How can people hate an episode like this? >.<

Nobody trusts Oculus.

But yeah, it's kinda said how Chiyuki is crumbling away.

Hopefully she gets judged soon.

That was a much more relaxed episode and game than usual, which makes for a nice change of pace. We finally have some ideas about Chiyuki, and things are starting to slowly come together.

This leaves me with two questions though: why does Nona want Chiyuki's memories, and what has Oculus got planned?

Interested in seeing what happens in these final two episodes now.

Her husband's first appearance was in the short movie: Death Billiards.
So unless you saw that, then you couldn't have remembered seeing him in previous episodes.

When Decim says "please tell me everything," he means that he cannot make an accurate judgment of character just through the viewing of memories and creating extreme conditions in a game. Like he said, judgments must be made hand in hand with humans, therefore arbiters must communicate with humans, not just observe them.

This was a nice break from the intensity of the last two weeks' episodes, and it still pushed the plot forward. I'm glad we finally got Onna's real name and are slowly finding out more about her. However, I'm really afraid of the end of this series--I have a strong feeling that I'm going to cry.

Kind of afraid for Decim; Oculus is definitely threatening. Interesting to see a kind of antagonist character forming. I wasn't planning on seeing something like that in this series.

Stoked for next week!

Agreed. The card game was boring as crap and so was sweet old granny.

Only decent thing is when the creepy old man pulled a dick out of his beard and ate that dude's memory.

Hopefully they wrap up the Chikiyaki storyline next episode....I am getting kinda tired of seeing her.

Wow, interesting developement. Now I wonder whose emotions Decim has and what will Nona do with all of her memories.
Was Onna ice-skater that died because ice break perhaps or are they recreating that scene from the book in the next episode?
