But yeah here I am just being a whiny bitch, as long as the situation looks possible I should just use suspension of disbelief. Oh yeah, I definitely see why you were confused. If you didn't see that Polnareff was standing on a shorter, broken pillar, then the scene wouldn't have made any sense at all. No worries! |

| Great episode,I loved the fight between Polnareff vs Anubis was eye candy for me. Really funny scene at the beginning,that face of Iggy,priceless! The last scene too,knowing that that goddamn katana is the stand and Polnareff just casually carrying it around not knowing anything and went for a shave,fuck.Jotaro fell asleep and I was like any minute he is going to slice his throat,intense ending. |

Me and my Egyptian friends have been laughing uncontrollably at this part. Oh yeah and the hospital charged them about 20,000 pounds just for Kakyoin sleeping in the hospital bed . |

Well I know he went to England as a child, which was an inspiration for Part 1, and he went to the actual place for Part 5 (Don't want to say where just in case people are sensitive to really minor spoilers). So I wouldn't be surprised of he visited Egypt, or even all of the countries they visited before Egypt, before writing Part 3. Maybe he himself went to an Egyptian barber that used a dull razor :P |
| Yeah , but something like this cannot be known as a tourist alone , maybe he had an Egyptian friend or something , There are a lot of things that do click with Egypt in the 80s-90s with this series , except for the police outfits probably. Some of them I know from my parents and the Egyptian movies that used to air , Others are just standards that never changed *Like the barber thing*. |
