| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I actually think the way they animated that explosive chase scene to be decent or actually good. It might not be perfect but it's a good effort. Speaking of efforts, I notice that some of the guys in this show really tires himself out at the studio. It looks like some of them really are going to put all their efforts to finish what they've started. Wow. |

| A conflict between animation styles....interesting. Heh, this was the second show I watched today where a character did a rolling on the floor style tantrum...pretty different character though. :D Also, Takanashi really is the most annoying character pretty easily. |
| I feel a little bad for the director to get locked up like that! But more for Honda of course. 3D vs 2D in anime! It escalating too with episode 9 being done with key animation while episode 8 is now going for 3D! The talk about learning to accept the coming of 3D and how their passion is just as much as theirs! A recap episode for the last episode xD |

| A battle between 2D and 3D, well, I'm from the 2D era so I'm more confortable with 2D, CGI looks weird sometimes (and don't mix both please). Anyways, it's understandable why the 2D guy was mad, good episode. |
| That stupid Mohawk's miscommunication caused a friggin mess <_< What a loser. He's relaying the messages in way too much summarized version that causes lots of misunderstandings. And I definitely prefer Sakuga over 3D. Loved how Honda was treating the Director like a criminal XD Didn't expect Seiichi to have been such a successful director before :O Poor Myamori, Takanashi is gonna give her a heart attack soon. |

| Takanashi is a real trouble maker especially for others and now he draws Miyamori into his trouble as well. I guess Miyamori will go straight to Honda next episode. Time will tell i guess. Seems 3D is really the future for anime and i don't think it's such a bad thing tho i would like to keep the authentic drawing style in anime. |
| Best episode yet, really fun episode overall and when Kinoshita got jailed I lost it. And it was a very smooth-flowing episode despite being chock full of character development. Impressed. |

| Actually, the director was kind of cute during his tantrum. Throwing him out of the fifth floor - repeatedly - still remains. 2D vs 3D is a good debate for the industry. The TakanashiS are cancer everywhere. |

| Hmm not liking Endou-san so far; way too stubborn and close-minded for my liking, even though I do understand where he's coming from and the fact that I myself prefer key animation over 3D. | Tarou is a stupid SOAB! Why is he even an assistant at this point? Couldn't even relay a message properly, which ended up causing the misunderstandings. >.< Honda was the best character of the episode. His way of dealing with director Seiichi was hilarious! That was quite the "Demon Mode." XD 3D vs. Hand-drawing animation was the focus this time. Kitano-san's viewpoint of compromising with the 3D to improve the quality of anime seemed to be the best solution. Good seeing Endou is trying to follow his notion. Decent episode. Miyamori will probably never get a break again. Last episode was her only time.. |

| Wow who let that dumbass be part of the team...terrible negotiating skills by saying all the wrongs things and thus leading to misunderstandings. Jfc. And wow, didn't expect to see an argument about 3D vs key animation, but I guess it's also a topic people working in the anime industry would talk about and not just us anime watchers complaining. I think 3D animation is fine as long as it blends well into the 2D that it's barely or not noticeable. But if it's humans, then I would always prefer 2D because there's more you can do with facial expressions whereas 3D can feel a little stiff. Well they're talking mainly about the explosions I think in this episode though. Seems like Endou has gotten some inspiration or a new pov about the 3D after asking Aoi to look at the scene. He's stubborn, but at least he listened to that other guy and then decided open his mind a little bit. |

| Was...that a Honey and Clover reference I heard at he awards ceremony flashback? Nice. Good episode, pretty interesting how it kind of tackled 3D and 2D animation styles here, hopefully the next one will go a bit more in depth though. Honda gets shit done, btw. Can't help but find Takanashi's incompetence amusing, though. Particularly him fucking up the messages between Endou and the 3D guy and the sparkling at Miyamori being put in the same position as him. |

But did everyone blamed the others for his own incompetence. It's immature and counterproductive. One can clearly see the difference b/w him and Endou. When Endou was scolded directly for blaming others for his own misgivings, he took it to heart and went to fix the things somehow, because he loves his work and wants it done. Takanashi created a problem for the whole studio, disrupted the workflow by thinking only for himself, expecting someone else to do his job, and clean his mess. Please, don't offend "airheads". They may lack awareness and self-organization, but they aren't irresponsible and egoistical brats. * His age is irrelevant. They could be in their 50's and cling, and survive, and flourish everywhere they are not yet fired for some reason.* :) |
