The epic episodes are back!

Char didn't deserve this humiliation, yet, as the great man he is, he does what he can and what he must to achieve what he believes to be the right thing. However, do I sense the dark side taking over Char?

That Haman was the one who won in this battle, she put the AEUG on their knees and backstabbed the Titans destroying their main weapon, what a b!tch.

This is interesting how the series seems to be be taking a theme of "compromise with evil or else die". If it actually follows through on this theme, then I will tip my hat to the director.

Woah! Nice slap dodge Katz!

Poor Char, he seems really distressed.

Oh and that Zabi girl.... Something is very fishy about her...

I really felt Char's pain. Having to kneel once more before one of the Zabi family must be the worst feeling in the world for him.

I wouldn't go as far as praising them for pulling one or two moments of glory, but I agree it was the highlight of this episode.

I didn't care much for Char on 0079 movie trilogy, but little by little he's starting to grow on me. Maybe because he's one of the few characters that actually uses his head and doesn't seem to be emotionally unstable all the time.

Incredible episode. This was well-directed on the execution of the political and strategy+tactics part of the story, and I shared the same feelings of anxiety, uncertainty, intensity, and suspense that the A.E.U.G. members were experiencing.

Something of note that I really liked was how this episode really shows you how much every [at least, A.E.U.G.] character has grown, especially Char, Katz, Kamille, Fa, Shinta, Qum... When I watched the interaction of the entire crew on the Argama, I felt the strong familial bond they all shared with one another, which was especially noticeable with the "confinement, but permission-to-sortie" sub-plot.

Don't mean to attack you, but people attributing "unpredictability of the plot = good plot" is a pet peeve of mine.

Char gets stabbed in the eye and dies as a result of stellar exposure out in space in the final battle... The Argama MS pilots all die of suffocation due to cut-off oxygen tanks in space... The Argama descends into the sun as a result of every Titans and Axis MS pushing their spaceship into the sun... Captain Bright, who was a prisoner on the Gwadon, survives the war and marries Mineva Zabi, fathering 5 children with her and leaving Mirai and his children behind to restore the Zabi Family to its former glory...

Char really is willing to do whatever it takes, even kneel before a Zabi...Eek, I wonder what could set him so on edge.

Fa is becoming a Newtype. :D Maybe she'll become a more useful character. :s

Haman is an awesome character and imo she steals the show every time she is on screen, poor Char though I guess he's really willing to do whatever is necessary.

I liked how Haman has managed to do what no one has done. Make Char kneel and submit before her and the Zabi family. For me, that instantly makes her awesome. But, poor Char, he must be hating Haman even more now.

Let's see how long Haman can play the double agent before it explodes in her face. If she does die, I'm hoping it's as epically as Kycilia did.

Another Intense episode!!!

First off that stupid Katz never learns huh?? Stupid should have been back slap for sure.

And lol didn't they just made negotiations with Axis a few episodes ago?? Now they're trying again :P

Damn Haman made Char bow like that. He hasn't done that since when he was still serving in the Zabi family 7 years ago.

At least Haman kept her promise and destroyed Gryps 2.

Damn feel sorry for Char for being humiliated like that. You'll soon have your revenge for sure Char!!

Can't wait for the next episode!!

At this point, any episode that doesn't focus on Kamille's ridiculous relationships with his fellow female characters can be considered a decent one, but it was honestly the best episode in a long while, and a great one in its own right.

Haman played her cards well and managed to both make Char submit and turn on the Titans without taking any casualties.
While it must be definitely humiliating for Char to have to kneel before the Zabi family once again, at the same time it seems like he's very fond of Mineva and hates that he has to lie to her and let her be manipulated without being able to do anything about it.

A pact with the Devil... even Bright is ready for it?!
They sure are very pragmatic but this choice will certainly explode to their face sooner or later, especially with a cunning woman like Hamaan Karn seems to be as the puppeteer. Char's resolution is still the same as seven years before and the way he keeps his mind focused is a good improvement on his younger version who constantly revised his goal(s). After last episode, it is obvious he dislikes how the little Mineva is used, it's great to see his grief doesn't extend to the poor heir of his archenemy.

Dire situation, desperate measures, heightened tension and the ominous feeling that we're heading for a grim ending. This was the first truly great episode after episodes 1 and 2. For twenty minutes I forgot that this series has been, for the most part, a huge waste of time.

Two good episodes in a row, tho! And for the first time I actually felt attached to the characters. Maybe by the ending I'll be able to give it a 7/10.

I have to admit this one episode was pure genius, both directingwise and in terms of plot. Too bad the rest was nowhere near as great as this one, though as long as I don't have to keep watching the actions of that piece of trash a.k.a Jerid, anything can be good in this show. I guess.

Poor Char, his myth is losing pieces, while his great conduct as a member and pilot of Argama is undeniable. Finally, the love affair ends, and there is only space for political calculations and personal claims. A good episode !

What really gets me about this episode is the fact that various gas attacks on those colonies were taken to distract the AEUG so the Titans super space cannon can get to the moon unmolested. This episode showed those acts of genocide did absolutely nothing in protecting the cannon. Those previous episode seem even more stupid now.

I hope the rest of this anime will at least maintain the quality of this episode.

When Bright tried to slap Katz...did he evade it? :P

What was that scene at the end? Do they have an artificial park on Argama? o_O

I have to say, the last 12-15 episodes of the show seem to be more promising than the rest, there's more plot (finally) than pointless skirmishes.

One of the best episode so far.
Showing character development of multiple characters with gundam battles that actually felt useful to the plot.
Made me genuinely curious about how the plot is going to evolve.

Best episode in a while, focusing on raw political realism. I like Haman: she's a powerful "chess player", taking control of a situation to her advantage, proving that politics is everything - and it's good for a series like Gundam to have characters like her. But most of all, I liked watching Char putting his pride aside for the greater good. Feels he has evolved, too, since that first encounter with the Axis - when he couldn't control his anger.

Almost nearing the end and it was a fun ride, despite some minor letdowns here and there.
