I do things differently from most when it comes to my anime list.
First of all, I put all anime that I have no interest in seeing in my dropped list, along with anime that I actually have watched part of and dropped. This being the case, if you see anything there I should reconsider, go ahead and tell me. They usually aren't solid decisions.
And last. I try to catalog everything on MAL, hence why I put anime I don't care about seeing in my dropped list. As such, I apologize for long load times when viewing my Plan to Watch/Dropped lists.
As my anime tastes have matured over the years, I tend to gravitate to anime with at least a LITTLE bit of seriousness/drama. I do enjoy the occasional pure comedy anime, but it's rare. I don't think melodrama is a bad thing, and usually enjoy anime that have it. I'm also starting to develop an interest in sports anime.

id recommend watching shows that genuinely look good and gravitate towards u instead of trying to watch every anime that's existed not hating but if u focused more on enjoying shows then having alot of anime on ur anime list you wouldn't drop so many shows cant really tell u what to do but itll probs help
