Yeah you're right.For instance I have been spoiled a lot about one piece so when I finally decide to watch it,it won't have the same effect on me as compared to when I'd watch it completely without being spoiled.

Yeah the last season was too good.Actually I saw the movie and tbh Im hella excited for it to air.Mainly 2 anime I'm eagerly waiting for this year-kny and solo leveling.

Tbh I have heard that the live action isn't that bad.A friend of mine told me watch the live action instead of reading the manga lol

yeah you've got bastard,sweet home,the breaker and the horizon.they're all peak.esp bastard,since it was my first manhwa, I liked it a lot and welll the ending is crazy.

Yeah I agree,Older anime had a lot more filler and if cowboy bebop had came out today it would be better simply because outside of big long running shounens modern anime usually are very tight with 12-13 episodes and better pacing,I also definetly will watch samurai champloo as well because of scamboli and the fact that I like shinichirou watanabe's style.

Yeah I can understand,I do think that a lot of things in general are hyped up because of nostalgia,take the 80s for example,it's a decade that's practically worshipped these days but if you actually look at the stuff that happened in the decade it was very unstable,with bebop I do think that is part of it,I mean I can only imagine what it must've been like to watch it on toonami or adult swim in the early 2000s but I do think that it also would be rated pretty highly if it came out today. I also think that someones enjoyment of it is dependent on how much of the filler they like,I liked about 70% of it and could at least apprieciate what the other 30% were going for the only ones I dislike are episode 2 and 19,but the important episodes like 1,5,10,12-13,15-18 and especially the last 2 push the show up from a 7 or an 8 to a 9,I still get what you're saying and that your not saying that it's bad but that it should've been tighter and more consistent which I agree with on a smaller scale,I think if you cut or stitched together about a 4th of the show it would be a 10.
Also what do you think of the movie,I thought it was very good,the plot was very interesting and the stakes were high,the new characters were great especially electra and the villain,The animation and fights were ahead of there time and I love how the villain mirrors spike,I think that the 1st and 3rd act are 9s or 10s but the second act is like a high 7 because it slows the pacing down more than it needs to and just like the show I think it's major flaw is it's pacing. Also the fact that the movie is about about terrorism and released literally 10 days before 9/11 is both funny and awkward especially if it was released in american theaters,also a virus is involved just to double down on the awkward humour of it's release.

I just finished Cowboy Bebop and I have to say I think it deserves it's status,The main 2 things that makes the show good are the characters and how well they bounce off of each other and the theme of people trying to resolve things but either failing or getting an unsatisfying resolution,The vibe and soundtrack are also great and the only reason I haven't given it a 10 is because there are some episodes that just take up space even though it is an anthology.
