| Awesome ep. Glad to see Oreki is starting to get attracted to Chitanda. And damnit, Mayaka is just so cute. InfiniteDestiny said: Indeed. Opposites make the best couples imo. | Good to see Oreki has hormones after all. Once again, loved the episode. The mysteries are never that amazing, nor is anything over the top. That's what makes hyouka enjoyable for me. It feels real |

| the art is really top notch.like when chitanda was walking under the dappled sunlight of those trees and the animator took the time to cast the light across her face and hair.that would of taken ages to get right. And what Tapanda said about the anatomy earlier, right on the money.they took the time to draw muscles on the body where they actually belong. |
| I ship Chitanda and Houtarou so hard. And Houtarou is like... the perfect character. OKAY? HOUTAROU IS PERFECT ; A ; And once again... their art is flawless. It's really impressive that they can maintain such high quality visuals considering that they only have a week to make each episode in time. |
| I've come to the conclusion that Houtarou listens to post-rock. Plain grey v neck, slim dark grey pants, shaggy hair, doesn't like anything too upbeat. I'd make a band with him. |

| I feel sorry for Oreki (don't care if the MC's like each other or not). He reminds me of Kyon from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya always getting led around by a strong willed girl. I'm just glad Chitanda isn't pushy AND tsundere. Oreki's face after Chitanda said something about morning exercises lmbo! I kinda wish Chitanda didn't see the sisters getting along though. Innocence is refreshing and all but knowing someone who lives in a constant state of blissful naivete is sometimes exhausting. |

| Wow, I loved this episode - didn't bore me at all, this anime is starting to grow on me. And the 'fanservice' was nicely done (Houtarou..). I think adding a bit of romance (hopefully later on) would help to give the series some 'spice'. |

| There was like pretty much no fanservice here even though it was a hot spring episode. Chitanda did get more moe this episode though. I think I detect some romantic feelings brewing up for Houtarou. |

| Again, simply beautiful and brilliant animation. The mystery was a bit trivial like the last time but I can overlook that by the amazing execution. I was sure that it was something related to siblings. Still, I could never analyze things as far as Oreki does! The best part is surely Oreki's imagination going wild. It's always great to see more explicit Oreki x Chitanda moments; it's usually very subtle, which is quite beautiful in its own way. |

| First Hyouka episode I would say was excellent. Beautiful art and an intriguing mystery for once. Also the dialogue was spot on and a lot of nice character moments. Amazing ending too. This show is starting to grow on me... |

| It was an okay episode (plot-wise), though the colouring was gorgeous! And fan service of Houtarou and Chitanda's bodies? XD I am seeing more of Houtarou X Chitanda now! I am guessing the reason why Houtarou fainted was partly because of Chitanda? XD |

Though I think it's kind of depressing that I'm seeing some people write off this episode as a "fanservice episode" when you actually saw very little of that and what you saw wasn't particularly obvious. What we got out of this episode is that Oreki is becoming increasingly "aware" of Chitanda and her wanting a sibling. I loved the scene at the end there, btw. |

| 4.25/5 I liked the first 10 minutes before the mystery part came in. There definitely wasn't enough fanservice in this episode. With art and animation this beautiful I'd like to see more fanservice. No ecchi shows look this good. Also, those two need to kiss. |
