| That was an enjoyable episode and we even got all three dishes this episode. Seems like the producer has something else in mind for the final episodes. Really expected them to drag it out one more episode than it is going to be now. Also that end really had me smiling. I did not expect such a good reaction to his dish after the first two were complimented that much. I'm really unsure how this is going to turn out. On the one hand Souma is the main character and the MC rarely loses a battle in Shounen story-writing. On the other hand I can totally imagine them taking this route. In any case I expect Kurokiba to lose. It is either Souma or Hayama who is going to win first place. I hope it is Souma just because those other two were way too arrogant. It's fine to be confident but they basically keep bashing anyone they are fighting against. Hayama is not quite as bad as Kurokiba with the bashing but he has to learn a lesson, too. edit: man the after credits scene... Just serve the damn dish how it's supposed to be eaten. Why do they keep doing this? |

| Sayaka Ohara does such a great job as Leonara. It'll be exciting to see what they do with the last few episodes, since this arc is basically at an end. I think this is where it shows its not a normal shounen too. |

| Damn. it was so intense. and lol, i kinda see that ending coming where soma's dish wasn't getting much "great" impression like Hayama and Ryo. it's just, well, it's great, but not as great as Hayama and Ryo. but DAT after credit scene (glad i watched it) well, i saw that coming but i seriously thought soma was going to lose but lol, like always, he saved up his "special attack" lol xD looking foward to the next episode XD |

| Leonara's fluent Japanese was really funny. And all the foodgasms were great this episode. It's funny that, out of all the dishes, Souma's dish was the one I would want to eat the most. But they all looked delicious! I wonder what Souma has up his sleeve? |

| Actually Soma's trick of pour-this-here-X-over-my-mediocre-dish-and-be-surprised is getting kinda old, and none of the three dishes really impressed me, most certainly not from a creative point of view. Let's put it this way: I'd eat it, but I wouldn't skip dinner for it. The whole season is like this for me. Season one had variety, suspense, exciting dishes, and characters development. Season two so far has,.. contests. It's like an anime version of The Taste, but without the elements that actually make it thát much fun to watch, like knowing it's real food, Anthony Bourdain, Nigella Lawson, Ludo, and the three of them bickering over biased remarks. Or not at all, since Hayama evidently doesn't even know how to properly grip a rapier. That annoyed me to no end. |

| Leonora is so hilarious. I just love her broken Japanese. LOL started speaking properly when she tasted amazing food. Alice & Ryou as kids are so adorable. Both Ryou & Hayama serving excellent dishes. Souma not giving up yet. Still got something hidden. Winner announced next week. |

| This episode was hype! Loved the Alice/Kurokiba flashbacks! Woof lol Souma is looking hype at the end with his sword. Can't wait to see the judge's reactions next week. Alice and her mother are still hilarious to watch!  |

| Another average episode, felt like chore again (which is shame because this is finals and some meals before were done better). Even Souma's twist in the end couldn't save it as that's a thing for the next episode. The only highlight this time was just that Berserk reference, nothing more. |
| What a good chapter. I really liked the joke for Leonora's accent either good or bad is pretty funny. Queen Alice has conquer my heart one more time. I just would watch this series for her. All Hail Queen Alice. In my perspective, Kurokiba's dish seems the one who got better use of the Pacific Saury but in my mind I can see the Hayama's one as more delicious. Souma still can surprise me. What a good cliffhanger. |
| I haven't been this hyped for an episode of this series since last season. Part of me strongly believes that Soma will lose (or at least only get second), although the next episode is called "A New Genius", so I can't really tell. |
| All three of them improve themselves greatly. While Hayama and Ryo were serving, Soma's expression was like "wtf is going on here". He was clearly shocked at the level those two achieved. But Hayama was calm as ever when Ryo served which probably means that he will win over Ryo. Ryo's panic makes this even more likely. The real battle will be Soma against Hayama. Ryo tried to use a fragrance bomb to compete with Hayama's spices but he couldn't match it. And Soma is appealing to commoner within the customer with his dish. Lol Alice's mom's baring. Not what I had in mind. Even the audience was surprised lol. Ryo and Alice fought on their first meeting and Ryo lost. After that he fought her again and again after he finally won two years later. That is when he gained respect for her. A formidable opponent who needed two years to surpass. And because of all those battles, Ryo picked up a lot of stuff from Alice, but she didn't lol. That's why she lost to Soma – she didn't pick what Ryo does and that's why Ryo's better than her. Now Soma is giving out seconds after seemingly losing. The show's not over yet as Soma has a trick up his sleeve. |

| I don't know why I see this like an overrated anime. What's up with not serving the plate how it's supposed to be, that should not be allowed, that is playing freely with the judges emotions. Seriously, I cannot understand the hype of the people about this anime, the script does not convince me at all. |
| I was expecting this to be a lot more drawn out, either way it was obvious they were gonna cliffhanger the winner. Leonora is just great too. | Too fast of an adaptation. However, it still turns out to be good each week. I'm fairly confident in saying this season will pale in comparison to S1. I continue to feel the depth of the arc is lacking as a result of the decision to go one cour. Still rated very high though at present and deserving I suppose as it's still very entertaining to watch, but nowhere near as exciting as watching S1 events imo. |
| In terms of exciting, the manga definitely did it better. They just rushed the hell out of this entire Autumn festival to be honest. That in itself is no small feat. That said, it was still a pretty enjoyable experience I guess. Still needed a bag of chips to get through the first two dishes. |

| Hayama only used allspice? Talk about shocking. Everyone though he'd drop like 20 spices but 1 spice in the end, quite shocking. That's quite an odd way for Ryo to present his dish but it also looked quite creative. It makes the person unwrapping it feel anxious towards the dish. Soma's dish imo looked better than Hayama's but that's just my opinion. Alice's mom going into preaching mode lol Was I the only one that thought of Jesus based on her pose while talking all fast. |
